This is my first commercial inspection, I didn't know what to expect. On the day of the inspection we got there a little earlier and Bruce, the inspector was already there covering the outside.
He went over everything, he knew what he was doing. Once done he explained to me what he checked. A day later he had a report done, sent to me in a email.
He explained everything I needed to know for me to take a decision.
The inspection was clear and complete.

They came out to do mold inspection to decide if treatment was needed. It was. The work was done and I asked them to return to verify mold was gone. The second inspection showed elimination of one spore and of some and very drastic reduction in others and remediation company was returning to get rid of the remainder. White Glove is returning now to do another inspection and verify the mold spores are fully gone.

The property is in Naperville and the inspector that came is Paul. Knowledgeable and reviews what the inspection results showed which you really need to understand. Friendly guy that can point stuff out for you.

The rest of the team Jillian, Jacki, Eric and Randi were easy to work with on pricing. The initial inspection price was reasonable and the first reinspection I was able to get a price break. For the next inspection which we limited to...

I used White Glove to conduct an inspection for a property I was in the process of purchasing on Chicago's south side. Paul, the inspector, was very thorough and knowledgeable with the inspection process and provided excellent communication. Michael did a great job inspecting and explaining all of the issues to us including how important or cosmetic each is. It is helpful for a buyer to be able list what is necessary to request seller to fix vs what can be handled later after purchase.
