White Glove's Mitchel Bleier did a great job inspecting and providing information when needed for closing a home during the buying processes.
Since I was working with common space housing, Mitchel provided a breakdown of HOA responsiblities and what to review in the HOA documents (roof/attic acess coverage, utility lines, etc)
I definitely recommend their services when purchasing a home in the Chicagoland Area.

Very thorough inspection. Roy took the time to answer all of my many questions, including ones that went above and beyond the ones he was required to, and had good advice for many of the other concerns I had. There was a leak discovered during the inspection, and he used his own sweatshirt to clean it up when nothing else was available. Great service, would highly recommend.

Mitchel did great work in testing everything and communicating. The company is great and reliable. I have referred it to friends and family in the past.

White-Glove Inspections were very thorough in inspecting the property that we decided to buy. Pete was very knowledgeable and explained in detail various things he identified during the inspection. But he explained correctly that it did not matter. He was so right because the radon level was really high and we really thank him for his guidance.

Inspection was very through. Roy our Inspector was on time and not rushed. Findings report was finished promptly.

I've had two inspections done with White Glove - one with Pete and another with Mitchel. Both times I have been EXTREMELY impressed with the level of detail and explanation done not only on site but also in the written report. I can assure you both inspectors have saved me from making costly home purchase mistakes. Additionally, I've had to call the office a few times and the staff in office is also extremely helpful and polite. Without a doubt, I will continue to use White Glove until I find the house that is suitable for my family.

A standard home inspection was completed in a timely and professional manner.
Mitchell was our assigned inspection specialist. Mitchell answered all questions throughout the process and explained what things were and why they were being measured.

I would also add that Client Care Coordinators: Cole, Jillian, Carol, and Randi where available whenever I called and responded to my concerns in a very professional manner. Concerns were resolved and follow up was immediate.

This is my third time using this company. They have done great work for us. Unfortunately, this time he ran the washing machine with the drain line sitting on the floor beside the machine instead of in the slop sink. This in turn flooded the laundry room and all the water seeped through the floor into the basement soaking the walls, radon tester and electrical. While he did attempt to clean the water, there was a decent amount of water left. Accidents happen, but the part that upset us was that he took no accountability for the situation at all. A simple sorry goes a long way in our book. Luckily the basement is unfinished and we plan to tear down the wall that got soaked.
