My inspector Robert was outstanding as he went through the house. He did a very good detailed job. He answered all my questions. I think I got on his nerve a little bit, but still, he answered all my questions pointed out important things to me. I can’t say enough for him. If I have to call on him to do anything else he would be the person that I called Robert was very professional. He taught me through certain things that I was confused about and he made it a very easy and pleasant Inspection I would like to thank him Millie and all the other support reps that helped he was an SF inspector. Congratulations to White Glove. They made my experience a good one. I would recommend them at any time thank you very much.

I cannot express how happy I was with my inspection. From setting up the appointment to the actual inspection, the whole experience was painless, straightforward, professional and informative.

The Client Care Coordinators, Jackie/Cole/Millie/ Jillian (I talked to them all though multiple calls) all were very kind and patient during the set up even with the extra time I needed to make sure scheduling worked with my relator. They offered me plenty of times to set up the appointment which worked around my schedule perfectly.

The inspector, Roy, was a treat to work with as well. He was humorous, informative, and attentive to all my questions and concerns. Not only that but he offered great suggestions to solve problems in the home without breaking my wallet. I just wanted to leave a review to say how very pleased I am with the very detailed and professional inspection report. My inspector Roy, was very polite, professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Roy did a really great job in taking the time to answer all of our questions, explaining the severity of concerns, and how to properly go about correcting such findings. The report is something that I intend to use and check off as actions are completed.

I also would like to give a shout out to very exceptional customer service by the staff in the office (Cole, Jillian, Jakki, and Millie) . We used Paul for our home inspection. Paul was incredibly knowledgeable, thorough and efficient. Paul stopped working only to answer our questions, and would often call our attention to issues he found and explain them to us in real-time.
