Kristin was our realtor. And wow...she went above and beyond for us. We were moving from another state, and a 2-hour difference in Time Zone. The distance and communication are not always that easy to accomplish. But we did successfully by having Kristin.

She was very attentive and after a few showings, she knew what we were looking for and trusted her advice. Kristin was very transparent, very familiar with the local area, neighborhoods and good connections for pool and paint contractors. Most importantly, a good negotiator.

In addition, the Greg Sisson support team kept us up to date with progress, troubleshooted few issues, kept us on task with upcoming things that were needed. The process had a smooth transition between the "handover" from Realtor to Lendor to Closing Coordinator to Signing.
