I am very pleased to share our all-positive experience buying a condo through Josh Bullard.
Josh is a great listener and found us the perfect condo.
We were ready to buy a different unit, but Josh suggested we look at another unit first. He knew we could do better and he was right. The condo he recommended had way better amenities, beach view and cost less.
If we ever sell our condo and buy another in North Myrtle Beach Josh will be our realtor again.

We moved from Pennsylvania to South Carolina and used the Greg Sisson Team. Our realtor was Bryan Fields and our closing contact was Robin. They were absolutely fantastic! When you move it can be very stressful, but they made it so much easier with great communication and valuable information along the entire process. And it didn’t just stop after the transaction was done. They continued to keep in touch to make sure everything was all right. The team even provided little mementos as welcoming gifts to our new home. If you need a realtor they’re the ones to contact!

My daughter and I visited Myrtle Beach this past weekend to search for a 2-bed, 2-bath condo, and we were so fortunate to have Bryan Fields as our realtor. He went above and beyond—not only did he show us properties perfectly aligned with my criteria, but he also gave us a glimpse into the lifestyle. Bryan arranged a rooftop oceanfront reservation at Ryptides—he knows the owner—and the manager personally greeted us and provided VIP treatment. Another day, he recommended The Whistling Duck, a charming ocean-view bistro with an incredible charcuterie board and wine selection. Every detail was thoughtfully curated, and we had a fantastic experience. Bryan made us feel like more than clients—we felt like friends. We are continuing our search with him, and I can't recommend him enough.

Easiest experience I have ever had in purchasing anything. Josh Bullard was an easy person to work with; very accommodating but no pressure. Gave you time to think which I appreciated. The closing was quick and easy. No complaints on anything at all. Would definitely work with this company again.
