Mike Casper was great! He followed up on a potential lead and contacted us back pretty quickly after we sent an inquiry about a property. We worked with him to find some potential alternative properties to look at for our visit that weekend and we found an even better house that we were even more interested in. He called the listing agent right away and got back to us that same morning. Someone else was interested in it, so he said that we needed to put in a higher offer than asking price to have a chance at it. He prepared the documents that were needed quickly and sent them to us so that we could sign. He sent in the offer that afternoon and our offer was accepted that evening. He set up a home inspection and met the home inspector at the house that next week.
