The Greg Sisson Team, The Ocean Forest Company

Our experience with the Greg Sisson Team was amazing. We were pre-approved for a loan simply by having a phone conversation on a Sunday afternoon. We moved from NY to South Carolina and the Sisson team made our transition smooth & seamless. We secured a great interest rate for the purchase of our new home in South Carolina. Greg & staff were always accessible to us for any questions and if someone wasn't available at the moment, they always called us back. I would highly recommend the Greg Sisson Team to anyone needing financing. We are completely satisfied with their service.

Bryan and the Greg Sisson were a dream to work with. They supported me every step of the way. I had a few hiccups in my financing and they calmed my fears. They explained all the procedures clearly and answered all my questions patiently. I highly recommend Bryan and the Greg Sisson team.

The team was extremely professional annd thorough and truly made the process nearly effortless! They helped us get our place priced fairly and as such it sold in a reasonable amount of time. They provided great feedback and insight with this current market. We were never left wondering how things were progressing, and had a team member assisting throughout the entire process. They were always patient and courteous with us. I would absolutely without a doubt use them again and would highly recommend them to anyone and everyone!!!!

We had the absolute BEST experience with this team! Brian was so helpful and attentive when it came to finding our dream house! He made the experience feel so stress free and seamless. He was a great communicator and was happy to explain and answer any questions we had! He was always so quick to respond to phone calls, emails and texts. The whole team is very personable and overall kind people! Will forever recommend this team! Couldn’t be more thankful

Just a breeze from start to finish. Choosing a condo and closing from another state is very difficult, but Sharon and her team made it as comfortable as possible for me. Great job all around and thank you!!

Ashley from the Greg Sisson Team was very helpful in helping us explore options for existing homes and ultimately helping us navigate the process of building a new home in the Myrtle Beach area.

I had an excellent experience selling my home with Bryan, Greg, and everyone on the team. From the first meeting through closing, the entire team was professional, knowledgeable, and exceptionally thorough. They kept me informed at every stage, handled every detail carefully, and made what could have been a stressful process feel smooth and well organized. I truly appreciated their communication, attention to detail, and commitment to getting my home sold. Highly recommend!

I cannot recommend Greg Sisson and his team enough. I had to sell my dad's condo after he unexpectedly passed away, and it was a very difficult situation that involved a lot of moving parts. Greg and his team were more than up to the challenge. Because of them, the process was as smooth as possible. I thoroughly enjoyed working with Robin and Greg. They made a difficult time in my life a little bit easier. Thank you, Robin and Greg!

Fantastic doing business with The Greg Sisson Team! Chip and Robin were amazing to work with! This was our first remote property purchase, and they were very responsive to our needs. They made sure we understood everything and that nothing got missed. From checking for HOA pending legal actions to walk-thru virtual tours, Chip and Robin were on our side! They are still helping even after the sale to make our remote move a smooth transition! Highly Recommend!!

Liz and the Greg Sisson team were wonderful to work with. Liz knew exactly what we were looking for and helped us find the perfect house in the perfect neighborhood. The team made the entire home buying process so simple and smooth. Definitely would recommend Liz and the team.

Our experience with real estate agencies isn’t vast but our interaction with Bryan Fields was outstanding. He was honest about the condition of homes, responded to our questions immediately and generally made us feel at ease. I have never been treated better. Thank you. I wholeheartedly recommend Bryan for answering and serving your best interest.

Chip was awesome! He helped us lock down the house at our price in a weekend. The support team at Greg Sisson are top notch. I’ve got quite a few investment property purchases and this was one of the easiest to complete. Thanks Chip and the Greg Sisson Team.

Brian Fields was an excellent realtor to work with. I would refer him to a friend.

Liz was very helpful and went above and beyond

From start to finish the Greg Sisson team was professional knowledgeable, responsive, and genuinely cared about making sure everything went smoothly’
Selling a home can be stressful and buying another one at the same time can feel overwhelming, but they made the entire process feel manageable and kept me informed every step of the way I especially appreciated their attention to detail negotiation, skills, and willingness to go above and beyond. I always felt like my best interest were the priority and I knew I was in good hands. I would highly recommend the Greg Sisson team to anyone looking to buy or sell a home having someone you trust in your corner makes all the difference and I am so grateful for all of the hard work and dedication throughout both transactions.

I am a special case, paraplegic. I worked with Sharon on my search for a home. Her hard work allowed me to find the perfect home for me. However, I was unable to sell my home for the price I needed.

Once I get my home on the market again, I’ll be reaching out to Sharon again!

Great experience with the Greg Sisson team! I appreciate their patience with me, someone who has had zero experience selling a home. Easy to communicate with as well!

Megan Fields is a fantastic real estate agent! She is warm, friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely cares about helping people find the right home. Megan is someone you can trust to be there for her clients and make the buying or selling process as smooth as possible. I absolutely recommend Megan to anyone looking for a realtor!

We can’t say enough about Greg and his team. The process of selling our home was seamless from the start. The knowledge and insight that Greg provided helped us to get our house in front of the right people and get us closed with no issues at all. Rick, Kim and Robin helped make the listing and closing process a breeze. We can’t recommend the Greg Sisson Team enough!

We could not be happier with The Sisson team. Bryan Fields was outstanding from the moment we found him to the days after our closing on our dream oceanfront condo. The offer acceptance was only the beginning of the support and guidance we received from the entire Sisson team, specifically Robin Coble providing caring and comfort as our closing agent. Bryan was always checking in and assisting with subsequent inspections and follow up with the seller and their agent. We always felt Bryan and Robin were in our corner and were seamless in the service they provided. Their personalized interactions and constant proactive communication more than exceeded our expectation and made a complex process so simple for us. We will highly recommend Greg’s team to our closest family and friends, including anyone who seeks our advise and opinion. Job well done.

This was an amazing experience for my family and I during the purchase of our condo! Would highly recommend the Greg Sisson Team! Thanks so much!

The Sisson team of Greg, Kim, Rick and Robin did an outstanding job of selling our condo in a very short period of time! The initial listing on line to the closing took only 30 days. The staff was great to work with, communication was excellent and they kept us up to date with progress of the sale. We are thrilled with how quickly and smooth the sale of our property occurred!

Greg Sisson was recommended to me by a friend when my condo wasn’t selling an on the market for long time. Greg and his team took over an my condo sold quickly. He has a great team that kept me posted step by step on the sale an the closing. Greg an his team went above and beyond for me an I highly recommend them.

The Greg Sisson Team has wonderful realtors like Bryan and Megan Fields that are dedicated to putting families in the right home. The process was easy and transparently laid out and explained for both my with and I even though we were moving across country. As scary as buying our first home could have been our worries were limited with all their help and moving to the area.

Megan Fields is dedicated to putting families into the perfect homes. I’ve known Megan for years and I admire how dedicated she is to everything she does. She is organized, responsive, caring, and goes above and beyond for people. She brings that same energy and attention to detail to real estate. Anyone working with Megan will have someone in their corner who truly cares about helping them find the right home.
