I had one of my best experiences in purchasing a new home with realtor Josh Bullard of the Greg Sisson Team. From the first phone call to the final closing, he was a first-class sales professional and was always a step ahead in following up and helping me with a challenging negotiation process. Josh is a people person and one that you can trust to know he is going to always do the right thing by you and for your family. We had a solid business relationship that also turned into a personal relationship that I am very grateful for!

We recently purchased a 2nd home in So Carolina with the assistance of Sharon Cravens and the Greg Sisson Team/The Ocean Forest Company. Sharon was great and we spent multiple days looking at property and relied on her completely since we were not familiar with the area. She was professional and listened to what are needs were.
