I can’t thank The Greg Sisson Team enough for handling all aspects of our sale. My brother and I live out of state and we didn’t have to worry about any part of the process. They facilitated the photos, staging, house cleaning , termite inspection, and helping us find a charity to clear out large items. Our property went under contract less than a month after listing and closed soon after!

I am very pleased to share our all-positive experience buying a condo through Josh Bullard.
Josh is a great listener and found us the perfect condo.
We were ready to buy a different unit, but Josh suggested we look at another unit first. He knew we could do better and he was right. The condo he recommended had way better amenities, beach view and cost less.
If we ever sell our condo and buy another in North Myrtle Beach Josh will be our realtor again.

When you move it can be very stressful, but they made it so much easier with great communication and valuable information along the entire process. And it didn’t just stop after the transaction was done. They continued to keep in touch to make sure everything was all right. The team even provided little mementos as welcoming gifts to our new home. If you need a realtor they’re the ones to contact!
