We bought our current home through the Greg Sisson Team back in 2020. It was a very easy and smooth process. Recently, we attended their Sellers Seminar. It was very informative and a relaxed atmosphere. Lasted about an hour. Although we've owned two homes, as well as I've worked in the mortgage for many years, I still learned something new and found the seminar very interesting. Also made connections with others that attended.

Natalia Guyton and her team (in particular Robin Peterson) were first-class all the way. Natalia went above and beyond to show me all the properties that met my criteria in Myrtle Beach even though there were more than initially expected. She was thorough in her research and professional in her manner. She's very knowledgeable about the different areas in Myrtle and also now an expert in short-term rentals in that area (including which resorts/condos allow them and what amenities are excluded for each).
