I am 61 yrs old and came to Alight Wellness feeling tired and unhealthy. I had lost my good foundation with food and also just needed reeducation re health. Within a month of being in the program I had tons more energy and started to lose weight. I also felt much more confidence. I was in a transition in my life and felt huge support with this program. Dr. Rhodes is passionate about figuring out what is best for your individual plan. I have also learned the importance of all hormones and have started HRT that has helped me immensely. Laura Buck is a great coach and meeting with her and others on a reg basis in the program was motivating and educational. I just completed a 6-month program and it was LIFE-CHANGING! Alight Wellness has truly changed my life!

I went from feeling like aging meant “just accepting” health and hormonal struggles to gaining the tools to thrive. In six months, I lost a healthy amount of weight and inches, improved my blood pressure, energy, gut health, stress, and even hormonal balance. I was struggling with different health issues. The list of medications were increasing as time passed. Traditional medicine was not really helping me solve my health issues as there were no improvements. At some point, while scrolling Instagram, I found Dr. Tanya's holistic program. When you're a member, you get access to naturopaths, coaches and facilitators, fitness classes and discussion groups... your program fees also cover labs, supplements, detox shakes, books and resources. I was so pleased when I understood this.

Before I joined the program, I was struggling with an onslaught of early perimenopause symptoms, carrying about 30 pounds of extra weight (all around the waist), inflammation issues, low libido, brain fog, exhaustion, depression and zero motivation - rarely leaving the threshold of my home. I went to a free seminar offered by Dr.Hudson and after attending I was inspired to give her program a try. I was having difficulty sleeping and was feeling exhausted on a regular basis. The most transformational 6 months of my life and a worthy investment in my health. Dr Tanya Hudson and her team were just as much invested in my health and wellbeing as me or my family. They gave time and lent support to make the much needed mindset shift, to truly understand that long term health goals are achieved not overnight but with sustained lifestyle changes.
