Alight is truly a wellness COMMUNITY. If you're externally motivated, like me, then a community like this is what you're looking for to get on track with your health and wellness goals.

When you're a member, you get access to naturopaths, coaches and facilitators, fitness classes and discussion groups... your program fees also cover labs, supplements, detox shakes, books and resources. I was so pleased when I understood this.

Before I joined the program, I was struggling with an onslaught of early perimenopause symptoms, carrying about 30 pounds of extra weight (all around the waist), inflammation issues, low libido, brain fog, exhaustion, depression and zero motivation - rarely leaving the threshold of my home. Happy to report that all of those things have turned around and I feel that I can now face this chaotic world from a grounded place where I feel...

I think I may have found Alight Wellness on Facebook and signed up for an information session. I was looking for away to get back to myself after taking care of my family for years and neglecting myself. The Alight program gave me the support I needed to start my health and healing journey. I am feeling and looking more like myself and have the healthiest lifestyle I have ever had. I completed the 6 month program with Alight Wellness and it was a gratifying experience overall. My gut health improved to a point in which I did not need to take the medications I was on. I love the community aspect of the program and all staff members were very supportive during my health journey. I went to a free seminar offered by Dr.Hudson and after attending I was inspired to give her program a try. I was having difficulty sleeping and was feeling exhausted on a regular basis. I did not have the energy I needed to get through the day. After following her program I am seeing improvement with my sleep and have the energy I need to get through the day. I feel so much better and am so happy I made the decision to try a different approach to my wellness journey.

Clothing was getting looser, blood pressure was decreasing, joint pain started easing. Now three months in I’m back riding my bike to work and feel so much better than before.
