I am 61 yrs old and came to Alight Wellness feeling tired and unhealthy. I had lost my good foundation with food and also just needed reeducation re health. Within a month of being in the program I had tons more energy and started to lose weight. I also felt much more confidence. I was in a transition in my life and felt huge support with this program. Dr. Rhodes is passionate about figuring out what is best for your individual plan. I have also learned the importance of all hormones and have started HRT that has helped me immensely. Laura Buck is a great coach and meeting with her and others on a reg basis in the program was motivating and educational. Chris is a great coordinator that helps you set up all appointments in the right way. My blood work has made significant improvements. I just completed a 6-month program and it was LIFE-CHANGING! I feel completely transformed from the inside out; healthier, happier, more energy, sharper mental clarity, and several pant sizes smaller too! By focusing on mindset shifts, balanced nutrition (not restrictive dieting), movement, hormone balance, and an overall healthy lifestyle, I felt like I was aging in reverse! The entire Alight Wellness team were there to support each person on their individual journey. Alight Wellness has truly changed my life!

I went from feeling like aging meant “just accepting” health and hormonal struggles to gaining the tools to thrive. In six months, I lost a healthy amount of weight and inches, improved my blood pressure, energy, gut health, stress, and even hormonal balance. The guidance, education, and caring support made all the difference. I finally feel like I’m living some of the best years of my life—thank you, Alight Wellness!

I was struggling with different health issues. The list of medications were increasing as time passed. Traditional medicine was not really helping me solve my health issues as there were no improvements. At some point, while scrolling Instagram, I found Dr. Tanya's holistic program. It talked about well being from the inside out, balance, real recovery.
I joined her program on January 2025 and just finished a six month treatment. My health improved greatly, My energy improved. I sleep better. A1C is much lower. No longer anemic. Hot flashes gone and so much more. The fact that this program address the root causes of health issues and provides personalized approaches makes it unique. When you're a member, you get access to naturopaths, coaches and facilitators, fitness classes and discussion groups... your program fees also cover labs, supplements, detox shakes, books and resources. I was so pleased when I understood this.

Before I joined the program, I was struggling with an onslaught of early perimenopause symptoms, carrying about 30 pounds of extra weight (all around the waist), inflammation issues, low libido, brain fog, exhaustion, depression and zero motivation - rarely leaving the threshold of my home. Happy to report that all of those things have turned around and I feel that I can now face this chaotic world from a grounded place where I feel...
