I am so grateful for their expertise and guidance, which has benefitted me greatly over the past several months since I have joined the wellness program. I’m not usually someone who writes reviews, but I felt compelled to share my experience with Alight Wellness because it has truly meant so much to me. I found them through an Instagram post where Dr. Hudson described symptoms that sounded exactly like me. I started my life changing journey with the Alight team, Dr Hudson, Dr Rhodes, Laura and. Chris in October 2025 . The Alight program is a commitment that I made for health and wellbeing and I am not disappointed . I no longer have joint pain, my heart palpitations have stopped, better sleep and mood. This isn’t a diet it is a commitment and life changing journey that traditional medicine can’t touch.
