Alight Wellness

I began the 6 month program in Feb 2026 and today was my graduation! Yay me! Grateful is all I can say. I am not the same woman from 6 months ago. 6 months ago, it felt like my body was attacking itself from multiple directions and I was so desperate for relief. Severr pain in my knees when I walked, woman cycle problems, my body seemed to be swelling and uncomfortable all the time. Napping 3 times a day but still sleepy. And the list goes on.

I ran out of options searching on Google. Weight going up and down but mostly up. And only lost 1-2 pounds at a time. Fast forward to Alight Wellness. I walked in so skeptical and not very trusting to be completely honest. And it was unfortunate that insurance isn't covered but at this point I decided I would rather pay this amount than possibly paying overwhelmg hospital bills later.

I had my first meeting with Dr Hudson in March of this year, was recommended for the 6 month program and am now almost through it. Honestly, I don’t want it to end! This is such a lovely community and the program has been literally life-changing for me. My first interaction with Alight was with Chris over the phone and it was the first time in my journey to try and figure out why I was feeling so awful when I truly felt heard and had hope that there was a solution. 4 months in I’m feeling back to my old self! My energy levels are back up, and my bloodwork shows I’m the healthiest I’ve been in years! Alight does a great job of combining community support, education, and science-backed methods to help improve your overall health— not just medicate symptoms. Cannot recommend enough ❤️

I found Alight Wellness while scrolling late one night (when I should have been sleeping). It was an IG ad offering a free wellness seminar. It talked about chronic pain and illness, was close to home so I figured I had very little to lose.
The seminar itself was held in a very welcoming space—I could see a weight rack in the background, and I found the disco ball hanging from the ceiling to be particularly interesting. From the moment I walked into the office for the first time, I felt cared for. I feel like each person in Alight Wellness has a personal stake in my healthful success. Dr. Hudson is so knowledgeable and I appreciate each talk she delivers. The program I was in was well organized using written and video information. The staff was easily accessible if I needed help. My favorite part of the program is the camaraderie of both staff members and fellow program participants at the workout classes and hikes. I have enjoyed the benefits of Alight Wellness so much that I signed up to be a VIP . I haven’t felt this well and good for many years.

I spent the last 6/7 😂 months working with the team at Alight wellness. I say it that way because I felt they were never far from me. Every single team member, from the front office to the private consultations, felt like they were supporting me, rooting for my success in the program, and they were. This for me was the most important thing about Alight Wellness …not the program itself but that they become like a friend/ advocate/ guide, helper even, as you go thru the program. It made all the difference having the support- cos then you can do anything!! And I did!

My wife and I started the journey with Alight as a fact finding mission and skeptics for sure. During the presentation, it became apparent to both of us this was a way of life rather than another promise unkept diet regime. That was refreshing. My husband and I joined the Alight in November 2025. Initially, I was skeptical about what they could do better. I am 10years postmenopausal and still trying to figure out what was wrong with me. The hot flashes, brain fog, anxiety, and unexplained weight gain had a massive impact on my confidence and self-worth. My husband encouraged me to join the Alight wellness program. I am very grateful for his decision. It has been 6 months since we started the plan. My life has changed. I am mentally, emotionally, and physically healed.
