Alight wellness has truly been my light at the end of the tunnel. When my primary care doctor or dermatologist couldn't help with my irritated skin issues, in fact made my situation worse, Alight wellness was able to figure out where they were coming from and treat them naturally and progressively. The same disease, virus or bacteria can impact people differently and the team at Alight wellness knows this very well. That is why they treat everyone differently and with the upmost personalized care. I am very happy that my skin was able to start healing and improving and it is thanks to Dr. Rhodes, Dr. Hudson, Chris and Laura from Alight Wellness. Each and everyone of them played a role in my recovery and helping me get to where I am now. 6 months ago when I had almost given up on trying to find a solution for my skin which was filled with, pimples, rashes, scars, redness and inflamed...

I am so thankful for having found Alight Wellness! I initially came in to address hormone issues related to perimenopause—the brain fog, achy joints, hot flashes, weight gain, and honestly, just not liking myself very much. I just completed a 6-month program and it was LIFE-CHANGING! I went from feeling like aging meant “just accepting” health and hormonal struggles to gaining the tools to thrive. In six months, I lost a healthy amount of weight and inches, improved my blood pressure, energy, gut health, stress, and even hormonal balance. I was struggling with different health issues. The list of medications were increasing as time passed. Traditional medicine was not really helping me solve my health issues as there were no improvements. At some point, while scrolling Instagram, I found Dr. Tanya's holistic program. When you're a member, you get access to naturopaths, coaches and facilitators, fitness classes and discussion groups... your program fees also cover labs, supplements, detox shakes, books and resources. I was so pleased when I understood this.

Before I joined the program, I was struggling with an onslaught of early perimenopause symptoms, carrying about 30 pounds of extra weight (all around the waist), inflammation issues, low libido, brain fog, exhaustion, depression and zero motivation - rarely leaving the threshold of my home. I completed the 6 month program with Alight Wellness and it was a gratifying experience overall. My gut health improved to a point in which I did not need to take the medications I was on. I went to a free seminar offered by Dr.Hudson and after attending I was inspired to give her program a try. I was having difficulty sleeping and was feeling exhausted on a regular basis. The most transformational 6 months of my life and a worthy investment in my health. Dr Tanya Hudson and her team were just as much invested in my health and wellbeing as me or my family.
