I’m not usually someone who writes reviews, but I felt compelled to share my experience with Alight Wellness because it has truly meant so much to me. I found them through an Instagram post where Dr. Hudson described symptoms that sounded exactly like me. I started my life changing journey with the Alight team, Dr Hudson, Dr Rhodes, Laura and. Chris in October 2025 . The Alight program is a commitment that I made for health and wellbeing and I am not disappointed . I no longer have joint pain, my heart palpitations have stopped, better sleep and mood. My experience with Alight Wellness over the past 9 months has been truly life-changing. I began my journey with them feeling so depleted and as though nobody was hearing me when I described the symptoms I had been experiencing over the previous 3 years. But Dr. Rhodes, Dr. Hudson and their team not only listen, but take action! I recently finished my program with Alight Wellness and met all my goals by reaching my target weight, lowering my blood sugar levels so I'm no longer prediabetic, getting my hormones in check and learned better nutrition habits.

I also want to add that for my specific health goals, Dr Hudson recommended I have a bone density test done. I'm not that young but not that old either. I was found to have osteopenia. My bone density is lower than normal but not yet advanced to osteoporosis. Under normal circumstances, this test is done around the age of 65. That's a few years ahead of me. Had I not had this test done early on, who knows where I would be by the time I'm 65. We caught it early on so now I can do something about it through diet and exercise. Alight wellness has truly been my light at the end of the tunnel. I am so thankful for having found Alight Wellness! I initially came in to address hormone issues related to perimenopause—the brain fog, achy joints, hot flashes, weight gain, and honestly, just not liking myself very much. I was struggling with different health issues. The list of medications were increasing as time passed. When you're a member, you get access to naturopaths, coaches and facilitators, fitness classes and discussion groups... your program fees also cover labs, supplements, detox shakes, books and resources. I was so pleased when I understood this.

I went to a free seminar offered by Dr.Hudson and after attending I was inspired to give her program a try. I was having difficulty sleeping and was feeling exhausted on a regular basis.
