The most transformational 6 months of my life and a worthy investment in my health. Dr Tanya Hudson and her team were just as much invested in my health and wellbeing as me or my family. They gave time and lent support to make the much needed mindset shift, to truly understand that long term health goals are achieved not overnight but with sustained lifestyle changes. The hand holding and professional guidance for learning to enjoy my exercise routines, to make it second nature to choose wisely and eat healthfully, has helped make the whole experience surpass all expectations. Joining Alight Wellness was exactly what I needed at the time in my health journey. I completed my wellness curriculum with Alight Wellness in late November. I can't remember how long it's been since I've felt this good.
