We used Spectrum for a home purchase inspection. I searched for inspection companies on Super Bowl Sunday to schedule a next day inspection. Spectrum responded right away and was able to rearrange their schedule to come out the next day. They were the best price and fastest in back and forth texts. Kai was thorough, stayed for over 4 hours and the report was emailed to me that evening. He made recommendations for wear and tear maintenance issues in addition to finding repairs. The best part was the software they use because it made a list for me to give to the sellers with pictures and allowed me to select if I wanted the sellers to make the repair or if I wanted a credit. It also allowed me to delete items on this list. I highly recommend Spectrum!

Buying a house is STRESSFUL but inspections don’t have to be, Spectrum did a great job. Thorough, efficient, timely reporting and communicative. We did pay for a pool/spa inspection, I will say that they gave it a look over but we did end up having to call a specialist in because the inspector was not comfortable testing the system (lack of labeling on the pool system) other than that great work and probably would go with them in the future.
