I was in search of a vent cleaning company after I smelled burning from my dryer. A friend recommended Royal Vent Cleaning. Robin, the owner, was SUPER helpful in pointing me in the right direction to make sure my dryer was safe to use. Turned out I had a contained dryer fire because of a long time venting issue.
Robin had her team promptly come out to clean the vent and fix the parts that were originally installed incorrectly. This now allows the dryer to vent properly and run safely. The team was very professional and explained what they were doing throughout the service. They made sure the area was clean when they were finished and answered all of my questions.
