Robin and her team are great. Scheduling with Robin is always easy and she reaches out the day before to confirm the appointment. The servicemen are polite, timely, efficient and leave no messes behind. Robin also always follows up to see how the appointment went and will send you reminders so you keep up with dryer vent cleaning to prevent fires. We highly recommend this company.

I was very pleased with the HVAC cleaning. They working quickly and efficiently, leaving every room just as they found it. I'm definitely sneezing less in the morning which I attribute to a clean HVAC system! Thanks Royal Vent!!

If I could give them 10 stars I would. I had a packed dryer vent and Robin was able to get someone over to my house to clear it the next day. She really went above and beyond to make sure my family and I were safe and able to use our dryer without a problem. Can’t say enough good things about Robin and Royal Vent. Strongly recommend.

Robin and her team were great. The ducts and vents where I rent were absolutely disgusting and hadn’t been cleaned in years. Her team was meticulous and well prepared with equipment and covers for the flooring and furniture. Super friendly and they took their time to make sure every duct and vent was properly cleaned. Highly HIGHLY suggest using Robin and her team!

We had our split units cleaned. Technicians were on time, personable, neat and professional. Robin was a pleasure to speak to when making the appointment and honestly explained how often they should get cleaned depending on usage. That was much appreciated. Robin and her team are personable, professional and get the job done. Ahead of welcoming our first baby, my husband and I wanted to get out ductless split units cleaned. As a household with many pets, this was a must. We ultimately decided to prioritize 3 of our 5 and also got our dryer vents cleaned.
