I called Robin based on previous reviews. I had a burning smell coming from my dryer. She was not able to come to my house because she was already booked for the next few days. She could have ended it at that but she went above and beyond to help me find someone to come and check it out immediately. She even followed up with me after to make sure everything was ok. She also offered to talk with me over the phone to make sure my dryer vent was completely clean.
