Amazing experience from start to finish! Not gonna lie- our vents hadn’t been paid attention to in probably 10 years… The Royal Vent Cleaning team took the best care of us and made sure to THOROUGHLY clean every inch of our system! The difference in air quality was felt instantly. True Lifesavers!!!!

On time, pleasant, clean and professional. Highly recommend

I highly recommend Royal Vent Cleaning! I called with an issue involving my dryer vent, and Robin was incredibly helpful. She quickly identified that the problem was actually caused by my contractor failing to remove a screen from the dryer exhaust during a recent installation.

What impressed me most was that Robin not only helped me identify the issue and didn’t charge me for her time, but she went above and beyond by calling my contractor herself to explain exactly what needed to be fixed. Her knowledge, honesty, and willingness to help were truly exceptional. Excellent customer service—I would absolutely recommend Royal Vent Cleaning!

Royal Vent Cleaning cleaned dryer vents for my two dryers; one of them is on the second floor. They were professional, friendly, and did a great job, much better than other services I've used in the past.

Royal Vent Cleaning did a great job cleaning all the vents throughout my house. They were professional, thorough, and easy to work with. Robin is always fantastic and a pleasure to deal with. Would definitely recommend them!

True professionals through and through. Look no further as I would only use this company for dryer vent cleaning, ducts and splits!

Our dryer had gotten to the point where it needed two or three cycles just to dry a single load of towels. We had a technician come take a look, and he ran a rotary brush all the way through the exhaust line, from the dryer out to the vent cap on the exterior wall. He ended up pulling out a huge clump of lint that had been blocking it up. Drying times are back to normal now, and honestly, it's such a relief knowing that fire hazard is gone.

Very professional and easy to work with. Quick to respond and extremely knowledgeable!

We have been using Royal Vent for almost 10 years. Their service is impeccable. Robin and her staff are wonderful. They arrive when they say. They’re polite, considerate and very neat.

My son has used them with the same results and I have, and will continue to recommend them

Robin is a true pro, not only does she run a good business, she consults and offers guidance for duct cleaning and mold services.

I had an absolutely amazing experience with
Royal Vent Cleaning in Long Beach, NY. They did an outstanding job cleaning my dryer vent pipe, and I couldn’t be happier with the service.

I especially want to recognize the owner, Robin, who took the time to return my call over the weekend, even though the company was closed. She was incredibly informative, helpful, professional, and genuinely cared about making sure I had the information I needed.

The entire experience was excellent from start to finish. It’s not often you come across a company that combines great workmanship with this level of customer service.

I will definitely be referring Royal Vent Cleaning to my friends, coworkers, and family. If you need your dryer vent cleaned, I highly recommend giving them a call. Five stars all the way.

Very nice crew. Good service and it has made a difference in our home with the air quality. I did notice though that some of the ceiling register fasteners were not properly re-installed.

From first phone call to schedule the appoint to the final product, Royal Vent cleaning team surpassed my expectations in cleanliness, efficiency and follow through. You were worth the wait!
