Fantastic experience all around! The RJW crew did an amazing job installing my new windows. They were courteous, skilled, and paid attention to every detail. The windows look beautiful and have already made a noticeable difference. The pricing was fair and transparent, which is really appreciated. I'm very happy with the decision and would absolutely use them again!

This will be a mixed review. Overall, I am very satisfied with the company and the products, but getting to that point presented some issues.

The first was that the sales person could not answer my questions and had to consult someone at the company to get the answers. (in fairness to him and RJW, the other sales people from other companies could also not answer these questions either.) He did work diligently to get them and ultimately, I got most of the answers I wanted which is a good thing. I had specific reasons for changing my patio doors and I wanted R factors, chamber information, glass panel construction information - he simply didn't have that information- and I thought he should have. This made getting to the point of a contract a bit difficult, and I had to include an addendum to it.

The second issue of was the actual contract situation. There...

The key item was the crew who did the work. They were very professional, very knowledgeable, very polite and very courteous. My wife and I felt comfortable throughout the entire process (from discussions and quote, to measurements done twice and then installation). I am very pleased and have already recommended RJW to 2 other home owners in my development. I will continue to offer RJW to anyone who asks me about home improvements.

This was the second job they did for me. Highly recommend using these guys. Fast and very professional.

The crew that did this job was GREAT!!!!! They did the work as it was their own home very neat and clean. When they were done they cleaned up so good I did not even have to clean again. I have had my windows for several weeks and what a difference no more drafts and very warm in my home without turning heat way up. GREAT JOB RJW you can use me for a reference any time

We contracted RJW for a new front door after interviewing many multiple other options. From price, to product, service and speed of delivery they were by far the best! Our sales guy Jimmy was great, and the people they sent onsite to install were super fast and did an awesome job! We went from a single door to a double door, and couldn't be happier with the install. You definitely get what you pay for with these guys.

We had 2 doors replaced and could not be happier!! The doors are beautiful and the process was seamless! The installers were great…they knew what to do, how to do it and were punctual, friendly and neat. They even cleaned the windows or any smudges on the doors!! We highly recommend RJW!!
