RJW was thorough in explaining the windows, compositions, brining samples of choices and the process. Workers were professional and cleaned up after as if they were never there . Minor issue with tear in screen which was fixed the next day . I would recommend RJW!

As always, with any big project on your home, I was nervous about the installation. RJW’s team was AMAZING. They sent 9 workers and were finished installing 15 windows and a large picture window in just one day. The installation was done so nicely and they did not leave a speck of dirt behind.

We just had RJW Exteriors replace our 30+ year old Andersen patio door and we honestly could not be happier with the result.

Our old door was swollen, stuck constantly, hard to open and close, and honestly just past its time. RJW replaced it with a beautiful new sliding door and the difference is incredible. It looks amazing, glides effortlessly, lets in so much light, and completely changed the look and feel of the room.

From the beginning, the whole experience was great. Tom, our sales rep, was awesome — knowledgeable, easy to talk to, and absolutely no pressure. The entire process was smooth, straightforward, and actually moved quicker than we expected.

The installation crew did a fantastic job. You could tell they knew exactly what they were doing. They removed the old door, installed the new slider, cleaned everything up, and the finished...

The team was excellent and professional. You would never know they were here as they cleaned up every little piece. We have beautiful new windows to show for it.

I am very happy with my new windows and enjoy not having to struggle when opening or closing them. I was also thrilled when everything was finished and I didn't have to do any cleanup as they took care of that. I would highly recommend RJW Exteriors for anyone looking for new windows.

I am very pleased with our new french doors that rjw exteriors installed. Everyone i conversed with from the company were very nice and helpful. I even had something small totally unrelated to the project that I could not do myself and they helped me with that while they were here installing the doors. I had 15 windows replaced. The job was completed in one day. The guys who did the installation did a great job. The caulking around the windows was done nice and neat and they kept the areas both inside and outside the house clean. I will use RJW again for future projects.

We got a standard sliding door two toned (black on outside and white on inside) and it operates well and it’s beautiful. The only that we wish we knew before the install is that since it wasn’t a custom fit door, the sill and the threshold were not flushed with the tile inside and deck outside. We now have to step over to go in/out. The Salesman should have done a better job at explaining how it would have looked like. The installation team was amazing, quick, and clean!

This is the second review that I have written. This company is fantastic. I was a little less than satisfied with the spackling work above the door. Rich was great and he came out and did a great job on the spackle work and it is now ready for me to paint. They are beyond accommodating. After the job was completed, I was surprised by a thank you package of chocolate chip cookies that came in the mail. I don't know how they knew that is my favorite cookie and it was very thoughtful. I cannot say enough great things about this company. I highly recommend they for any kind of door, window or exterior work.

We couldn’t be happier with our new front entry door and two storm doors from RJW Exteriors! They completely transformed our 1923 home. The project took a little over two months, but it was absolutely worth the wait. During the colder weather, we noticed a major difference from previous years — no more drafts coming through the door, which has been a big help with our heating costs.

The installation crew was professional and efficient, and customer service was excellent in addressing a few minor issues quickly and thoroughly. Overall, a great experience from start to finish. Highly recommend RJW Exteriors!

Roofing done. Men worked quickly. Completed in one day. Clean up excellent. Project manager came next day and checked site and checkers for nails on driveway snd property again.
