Whether we had a question or identified something during our project, we were always promptly answered, and the situation was addressed. Everyone we came in contact with during our project was always professional and always willing to help. For us, our project was huge as we did a new roof, vinyl siding and gutters. I researched and had five different estimates.
I hired RJW.
I wanted to hire locally, kept it in New Jersey and glad I did.

Once I made my decision,
I looked into RJW a abit more. Read their reviews and sought out other off-site review links. I called the company and asked multiple questions, all of which I got good answers.

RJW had some nice discounts available as well. They always have good deals around the holidays too.

The timing, selection, communication, arrivals and departures, first, second and third measurings, understandable contracts and guarantees, installation, clean up, and various walk throughs went A-Okay.

My installation took one extra day which was okay with me.

RJW did an excellent job replacing our two bay windows and a few other windows in our home. John, our sales person, was so nice and helpful. He took the time to explain everything to us and gave us options. RJW’s workers did an outstanding job with the installation of our windows and made sure everything was cleaned up when the job was complete. Once completed we met with Gabriel (one of the nicest people you could ever meet). He came to our home to do a final check on the job, give us warranty paperwork, and see if we had any questions or concerns. A great experience from beginning to end.
