I decided to replace existing roof with new roof shingles. I received multiple estimates and RJW Exteriors was nearly double the cost compared to other contractors. The reason I was sold to go with RJW Exteriors was the guarantee and white-glove service.

Overall I am satisfied with the results but they didn’t deserve a 5-star rating. I knocked out 1 star because I found out during the project that the contractors were third party. They outsourced the physical labor to another company although they are licensed. I wish they were clear about this part of the contract.

The guys didn’t thoroughly clean up after they were done. The Project Manager Tyler performed final inspection and noticed nails around my property. He stayed longer to collect the loose nails. We had such a great experience with RJW contracting. From the start with the salesman, Joe. He brought out samples for us to look at and a book of finished homes and references with locations right near us that we could check out ourselves. Financing was easily done through the company as well. When it came time to do the job, the project manager Rich and his team were there to answer any of our questions and concerns, to get our needs met in a timely manner and have our home finished in the exact color we chose, within 2 1/2 days. He truly went above and beyond for us. All the materials used were high quality certanteed siding and added insulation to the outside of the house as well. We highly recommend RJW contractors. My wife and I hired RJW to install new windows at our home. The windows turned out great. The cruise or condo voucher is a scam though. We were told by the RJW salesman that buying during the month that we did would include a voucher for a free cruise. The cruise was not free at all and in fact, didn't even include a discount. Truly, it was a great experience with RJW Exteriors. They kept me up-to-date constantly, and worked with my work schedule as to when the install date would be. They were always courteous and friendly and kind. On the day of installation they showed up right on time and not only removed the old door and took it away but they cleaned up any and all mess. They even moved an exceptionally heavy solid stone table bench by my back door that I could not do by myself and once installation was complete, they put the stone bench back in place for me. During installation, I was having trouble with paying them the rest of the fee for the door, and the gentleman who was supervising was very understanding, and I trusted them so completely that I was able to leave them in my house alone, with it wide-open while I ran up to the bank to straighten everything out and get the rest of the money for them.... RJW, is as professional as they come. Needing to replace our roof, we contacted RJW for an estimate. The sales rep was very professional and thorough. Whatever was promised by the company was delivered on time, with professional follow up. The roof was replaced in one day, the contractors were very skilled and efficient. The after the job cleanup was impressive.
After the completion of the job, and the removal of the dumpster, RJW representative came over for final inspection of the roof, and the cleaning to insure it was completed to a higher standard.

My wife and I met with Joe Alonzo of RJW while researching a recent home improvement project. Ultimately, we decided on an alternate vendor for the project but I still believe that Joe deserves a shout out. He was prompt, professional and courteous. He was never pushy beyond instilling a sense of urgency as all the best sales personnel do. He was even courteous in his follow ups without being a pest. When it came down to the final decision, it wasn't anything that Joe said or did, it was simple economics. As a property manager, it is daily business for me to always get at least three proposals for any project and apples-to-apples, the best price gets the contract. My wife and I are very happy that we went with RJW for our roof replacement. Every step of the process from initial contact to the end of the project was clearly outlined to us. The salesman who came out to our house to give us the quote spent over an hour walking us through every product they use and the process they use to make sure that the roof is properly ventilated. The project manager was friendly and communicated well, the team the did the tear down and install was professional and friendly. Afterwards they swept the lawn three times to pickup extra nails.
