My front doors deteriorated heavily since the time of install they were very drafty hardware was inoperable, and the overall look was worn down. I reached out to several door installers, but chose RJW for both their service salesmanship, and overall rating as a company. The doors I installed are incredible draft is gone hardware simple to use and probably the most beautiful doors in the neighborhood. I highly recommend RJW exteriors to anyone looking to upgrade their doors.

We needed a new front door. The old one was very drafty. Our experience with RJW was wonderful. They made the process easy and were very good at communicating. Our door looks great and no more draft.

Great process from start to finish. Our sales rep helped us select windows that were similar to Andersen replacements at about 35% less cost. The manufacturing and installation were completed in the planned timeframe. Project manager actively supervised and communication was very good. Small Improvement opportunities included framing (an 8’ window passed town’s inspection for load bearing after I hired an architect and engineer to measure, but should have been done differently to code). Second issue was that I was told I didn’t need permits for new openings, which, according to my town, I did need, and it created downstream issues. Check with your town before installing new (not replacements). Overall very good experience and will use again!

Chris was an amazing salesman. He was polite, knowledgeable and fair. Rich was a great project manager as well. He was patient and went out of his way to make sure our color matched exactly. Michael, the brand ambassador, was fabulous wrapping it all up. I highly recommend them!
