Dr. Coussa and staff are very professional.

Dr Shaw did an awesome job of correcting my retina. I would highly recommend him. He has earned my confidence, and is worthy of 5 star review

They have improved the wait time and now they are "moving along" so much better. It seems the staff has finally found their "groove" and things "roll along" much faster. Total time spent there was down to 45 min. compared to at least an hour in the past. Still don't like having to have a needle injected into my eyeball, but if that is what it takes to be able to keep on seeing, I guess I'll keep on going to see them. They are all very pleasant and treat their patient's nicely.

Professional and efficient experience!

This time no pain from the injection.
Just a little persistent floater that is finialy gone.

Started with weird vision (not a migraine aura) on Saturday. Because people like me don’t get ill during normal medical business hours.
Took migraine meds x 3 on the weekend without relief.

Called Opthamology Associates 8:30 Monday to be seen ASAP. Seen at 9:45. Referral to Retina & Vitreous Consultants of Wisconsin for ASAP appointment.

Seen by the Retina surgical specialist
Dr. Razek G. Coussa MD on Tuesday morning.
Extensive diagnostic tests were performed revealing a retina detachment.

Surgery scheduled for Wednesday afternoon. Completed at the Aurora St. Luke’s surgical center at SLMC campus, Physician Office Building 3.
Seen today, August 14, 2025, post op day 1.

I again had a good visit with the doctor and staff at Retina & Vitreous Consultants of WI. The staff and doctor were all very polite and professional. The total time at the clinic was less than 45 minutes and my eye is improving with the prescribed treatment.

Very happy with the professionalism of all the people at the facility, great results.

Fantastic experience! Great doctors!

They are caring; very thorough with explanations, and pre/post op evaluations are fairly expedient.
Dr Coussa is a wonderfully skilled doctor.

The nurses are on the ball they really know what they're doing and the doctor is very intelligent the only thing that I would say is that never get two eyes done at one time has caused many problems in my situation of being disabled so for now I'm I will only have one eye done at a time other than that it was great

They did an excellent job. It was very comfortable there which helped. My teenage daughter had to have this surgery done so she was very nervous but they were great with her. They made her feel comfortable, helped her with everything and made sure she was aware of everything that was going on. Definitely recommend this office in the future!
