This was my first visit to the clinic and I was impressed with professionalism of all of the employees I encountered. The receptionist was very cordial. Paul, who conducted the initial check in before seeing the doctor, was informative, candid and put me at ease about the entire procedure. Dr Coussa's credentials and years of experience were very impressive, but his very personable and caring personality was most impressive. I felt at ease and knew I was in good hands.

This visit was a follow-up from my emergency surgery in October 2024. The staff at the clinic were polite and professional. They answered the questions I had. Best part is my eye is continuing to improve and the treatment plan is a big part of it I feel. Total time for the visit was less than 45 minutes. Great doctors and staff!
