They are five star and the doctor went out of his way to oblige me by seeing me on short notice and scheduling my surgery. The surgery went as he planned with one hiccup that he has no control over it’s the hospital st Luke’s aurora medical center . The guy that does anesthesia old man there he didn’t give me the correct amount of medication and I felt this enormous amount of pain at the beginning of the surgery. I talked with the surgeon about this at my appointment the next day after surgery and he told me what had happened and who was at fault for this. I truly hope that by me saying something about this it gets corrected because that pain I felt was so overwhelming I will never forget it. I have never had to wait for my appointment. If I get a chance to sit down, I am called within five minutes and then start moving chair to chair in the back as the appointment moves along ending with seeing the doctor. All of the technicians are so polite and very informative if they don’t know the answer to a question that I’m asking, they always go and try to find the answer & get back to me. This is a very nice practice
