Very comfortable with the Dr and all the staff. Always greeted pleasantly. Dr. Shaw always answers any questions I might have. The procedure so far has been fairly comfortable. Better than I expected.

Dr Shaw and his staff are amazing! This was one of the scariest things I’ve dealt with in my life. He was wonderful and after surgery his nurse never made me feel bad for calling so much, and staff was always helpful! I was scared of not doing everything the correct way and called a lot. Everyone was just so understanding and very patient with me. It’s nice to have people who honestly care.
