I have worked with this company twice now. First they cleaned my air ducts and cleaning out of dryer vent in my new townhome. I was so impressed with their service that I decided to have them install my new condenser and coil for my A/C unit. They showed up on time and did a wonderful job. When they were finished explained all of what they had completed, along with warranty among other things.

My air conditioner stopped working one day. Maged from RES came over, diagnosed the issue in under 5 minutes, and had all the parts needed to fix it in his truck. Maged was also very professional, wore two masks for COVID safety, and meticulously put booties on over his shoes every time he entered my house. It simply could not have been an easier experience. I highly recommend RES for A/C work.

Awesome Yelp reviews for Maged led me to this company, so he should get a referral bonus or something! Called the company to come out to troubleshoot the thermostat and stuck with this company ever since. He usually comes out twice a year for HVAC maintenance or if some issue comes up. Professional, honest, and very helpful which are all great qualities! The company is pretty easy to schedule with. They call to set up appointments for spring and fall maintenance. The best!

RES technicians are all very polite and take the time to help us as consumers understand what the system and components do any why. It's quite a change from the standard, "Do this, not that, sign here."

David, Robert and Maged just to name a few, these guys know their Sh!t. After years of trial, errors, snakes and crooks, I finally found RES few years ago and the rest has been history. They allowed me to get a few extra years (24 years total) out of my original HVAC units until they replaced them back in 2020. I’m happy they will be servicing these new units from the very start.

Second time using them and still just as professional as before - this time with a mask to go with their covers for their shoes. They take the time to explain everything they’re doing and are happy to answer questions. I’ll continue to use them for my regular AC checks.

My furnace went down Wednesday. Two days later on Friday it was replaced by Robert & Kevin of RES. They were friendly, professional, knowledgeable & great representatives for the company.
