Found this company last fall . I knew we were looking for system replacement but did no longer wish to do business with another company that began up selling tactics every time they showed up for system maintenance. We are preparing for new A/C install by RES next week and they recommended Duct cleaning first following a basement redo last summer. Everything was completed today as promised. Very professional and also respectful of us and our home. Couldn’t be happier with our new HVAC provider !

RES was fantastic to work with! They squeezed me into their schedule on the same day I called because I have a newborn and our AC went out on a 90+ degree day. The folks over at RES are consumate professionals. They're courteous and respectful of your time and home, polite and friendly, and most of all - extremely knowledgeable. They've never tried to upsell me or charge extra, just the opposite actually, as they trim money from the invoice for a variety of reasons. As long as I'm in the area I'll continue to use RES for all my HVAC needs.

I have worked with this company twice now. First they cleaned my air ducts and cleaning out of dryer vent in my new townhome. I was so impressed with their service that I decided to have them install my new condenser and coil for my A/C unit. They showed up on time and did a wonderful job. When they were finished explained all of what they had completed, along with warranty among other things.
