I found these guys on yelp and they did an amazing job. Short response times, great communication, and great customer service while performing the job. They did not try to sell me a system and the manager even called to answer any questions I had. I will definitely use them for future work.

I went with another company who did the diagnostic and ended up being a cold shoulder. I called Residential Express, and the receptionist was awesome! I told her what the situation was, I sent over the diagnostic report and they got me a quote back within an hour beating the other place! Then called back to schedule the repair day. They came out 2 days later, no delay on "need to order parts", "need a deposit". David and his crew came out during the scheduled window and got everything fixed in a few hours. He tested and showed me the temperature difference, collected payment and that was it!

If you want a fair price and prompt service, this is the place to go!

The entire process with RES to replace our water heater was excellent. Mary coordinated an online quote based on our description of the proposed installation and a photo we provided. She provided a quote within a matter of minutes and quickly answered our questions. We had several other estimates, and RES came in as the most cost effective for the project. Dave and his assistant were professional and efficient in the installation. We can see why RES has such high reviews/ratings on Google.

I was very happy with the service, knowledge, and professionalism which William provided to resolved the issue. He also called letting me know his ETA, which I appreciated. Glad he provided a recommendation which I approved. I needed to a new wire fished from my thermostat to my furnace. William helped in finding an electrician and all went well with the wiring. I will recommend this company to others.

The new water heater was professionally done and your 2-man crew were able to exchange the old water heater with the new one on the 4th floor. However, we didn't realize until after they left that access to the HVAC filters are now obstructed by the placement of the new water heater. I attached four photos to show this. UPDATE: Your team, William and Mario, returned and made placement corrections to the water heater. They were fantastic in thoughtfully rearranging where the water heater is now, and the pipe connections. The filters to the HVAC can now be withdrawn for maintenance checks. In fact, where the water heater is now is in a better position than when this townhouse was first built! Thank you so much, William and Mario! Quick turnaround in scheduling, they arrived exactly on time with great communication. The install was smooth and professional. When. The water heater they were installing had a defective, they let me know and took the time to return to their supply point and get a replacement to install at no extra cost.

I am extremely satisfied with the service from Residential Express Heating & Air, especially the technician named Robert.
My electric heating system had been blowing fuses repeatedly for a long time. Sometimes it would run fine for a few months, other times only a few weeks or days, and occasionally the fuse would blow immediately after being replaced. A previous company had come out before, but they only replaced the fuse without finding or fixing the root cause.
I called Residential Express Heating & Air in the morning, and within about three hours they sent Robert to my home. He also courteously texted me 20 minutes ahead of arrival.

After four days and four different technicians from another company giving me the run around regarding a dryer vent cleaning, Residential Express arrived next day. Not only were they able to complete the job to standard? But they followed all instructions and didn’t make me repeat myself - meaning they cared enough to read my file and the administrative team passed on all the info from our calls to the technician team. They replaced my hot water heater. Very nice and professional. They had an emergency before me and arrived near the end of my window but stayed until almost 8 to got my hot water heater replaced.
