JV was very professional and friendly during our interaction. He got right down to business and answered all the questions that I had. He made me feel very comfortable and educated about what he told me. Sometimes service technicians can be a little bit short and rude but JV was nothing of the sort. He was very patient with me. I really appreciate his demeanor and service and would definitely come back again if I had any further issues!

Excellent service from Pro Plumbing, they went above and beyond. I especially liked that they examined everything first and then gave us a detail list of options. i would recommend them to anyone.
I called PDS Plumbing & Air and they came out to fix my drain issue the same afternoon. PDS saved us earlier in the year too when our galvanized plumbing in our slab started leaking. It was a large project to run all new plumbing through our older home and they finished in great time. The plumbers are professional and courteous. They are my go to plumber for big and small projects. I couldn’t recommend them more!

Our technicians showed up on time and were very friendly. They quickly assessed the problem with my toilet tank, explained it to me, and had it fixed extremely quickly. I had a very good experience.

Freddie was wonderful! Friendly, quick, and communicative. Also, TRULY appreciate that we washed down the black gunk that comes up when snaking the tub (unlike most other plumbers)- thank you for keeping our bathroom clean!

Freddie was such a pleasure to have today! He was very polite and professional and I was extremely comfortable with having him in my home to fix my drain. He wore a mask and he even went through steps of explaining to me my dishwasher and how to use it properly. PERFECT EXPERIENCE! THANKS FREDDIE!

After 2 days, the pressure issue in the kitchen sink faucet has become worse than before. Also, now there is too much pressure in the shower. The hand shower is like a fire hose. The bathroom sink faucet is good, though.
Excellent service. Very quick and got everything done. Respectful of COVID distancing as allowed and keeping a mask on. And cleaned up everything from the work after - which there was a lot of old rubber and gross sink stuff with mine so it was very appreciated.

Pro-Plumbing is a great service for quick & accurate service. They are professional and never leave a mess. Their wait time isn't long either as well as they are familiar with older plumbing issues s including historic building. T hey listen to the customer & are friendly & courteous.

After having the same problem several times and other companies being sent out the plumber Juan from your company used his expertise and actually found the problem that the previous companies did not. Juan was professional and knowledgeable and very pleasant.
