Dion showed up on time as they said and took the time to properly dianose the issues. Taking the clues altogether, they then made one more checknto try and figure out why we were having these issues over time... my house water pressure was unregulated at the inlet, causing spikes over 90psi and blowing seals etc...
It was not cheap to fix, but these guys do it fast and take care of the system, not just the individual.components or issues that were showing up.
The house was built with builder supply grade stuff during the Covid era, so I understand. But we can all stand to hold our standards a little higher and these fuys are also Vets, so choose wisely.

I called this family owned business and spoke with Alejandra that works in the office. She was very helpful with scheduling an appointment for me to address my concerns I had with the plumbing in my home. I was able to receive their free consultation and proceed with the project. I appreciate the hard work from Alejandra and their team. I will continue to support their business and I think everyone should too. Thank you all once again!

Jorge was a total professional and proficient worker. The price was a bit much and the $100 veteran's discount (4%) was almost an insult, my system was in need of service and Jorge was a great representative for PDS and his trade.

PDS Plumbing and Air changed out my angle stops. But for whatever reason, my Flowtech Water Treatment System kept erroring. Called PDS Plumbing on several occasions to troubleshoot the issue. Marcellino was the technician that came out several times and finally came up with the plan to resolve it, which he did. He was amazing. Very helpful and customer-centric to provide the service to my satisfaction. Marcellino is a phenomenal service technician and person. I am a very satisfied customer. Marcellino and PDS Plumbing and Air are legit.

I had the most frustrating experience trying to coordinate the repair of a drippy shower head in my apartment. The HOA was giving me a hard time with requests that 3 plumbers refused. The HOA essentially was asking me to only work with their contracted plumber (which I'm totally willing, but they were just not responding to my calls). A very simple job turned into a week-long ordeal until I called Abe. He was very comforting. Sent Vick and Deven immediately, scheduled the water shutoff and got everything done in a couple of hours. The guys were very polite and professional. They also cleared my clogged drain which I had planned to do myself for no charge. I recommend them very highly

Estimate was clear and the process was clear

Crawl space smells bad for a while, had Jose inspect it he was the only one that was whiling to inspect it with no charge
He found a drain line that was leaking and the following morning they came out to replace it.
Also put something on the ground there so now it doesn’t even smell

Tony from Drain City Plumbing called me the second I filled out the form in Home Advisor. He said he could come out the very same day and so I scheduled him for 6:00 pm so my husband could speak with him. He was very professional and gave us a quote right then and there and then he left. My husband and I decided to replace the water heater before it completely stopped getting hot. So we called Tony he answered and my husband asked if he could come out the next day and put a new water heater in. He said yes, and the next day they came on time and it took not very long less than 2 hours and everything was quick, perfect and professional. Tony’s crew did a perfect job and my husband and I couldn’t be more pleased to go with Drain City Plumbing. I highly recommend Drain City Plumbing to take care of your plumbing needs. You don’t be disappointed with your choice!

Have the plumber here to install a new toilet he was outside and noticed that there was a gas odor and we found out that I had a gas leak under my house. I am so thankful he was here and he found there was a problem
