We met Freddy at the job site. We were very surprised that he was on time and set up ready to work before we even got there. How refreshing was that? For the past few years we have gone through more than a few plumbers and electricians. They can't ever "fix" our problems. Sure things work for a. While but the same thing keeps happening. Because Freddy explained the exact cause to our reoccurring problem, we hope to have him do the other things we need to be done. Please send him to us as we need him. JV was very professional and friendly during our interaction. He got right down to business and answered all the questions that I had. He made me feel very comfortable and educated about what he told me. Sometimes service technicians can be a little bit short and rude but JV was nothing of the sort. He was very patient with me. I really appreciate his demeanor and service and would definitely come back again if I had any further issues!
