The technician came earlier than I expected which was great considering I was given a time frame of 11-3. The tech arrived at 11:00 and unclogged my kitchen sink in less than 30 minutes.

I am so happy to rate the PDS technician with a 5 star rating because I was told that the tech would arrive between 11-3. He arrived at 11:00 and got my kitchen sink unclogged within 25 mins. Great job!

When they arrived they didn't introduce themselves. After completing the work they said that more work needs to be done, maybe up to 2wks worth of waiting for approval and work. Submitted another report to the property management. Not impressed.
