When they arrived they didn't introduce themselves. After completing the work they said that more work needs to be done, maybe up to 2wks worth of waiting for approval and work. Submitted another report to the property management. Not impressed.

I was confirm with all updates when my heater will becoming and the time I was offered a space until the mean time
