Purchased 1 scale originally and has been working great for 3 years now. I bought a second one and has-been good as well. Technical support is very responsive and helpful.

Extremely helpful dealer of all types of scales and the follow up and service is fantastic. I bought the OP901B 5,000 lb Livestock scale for our cattle operation and it arrived and I cant be happier with the follow up I have received from Prime USA Scales. Being able to use it in both in a portable and or permanent installation is a great advantage. I definitely recommend and would buy again if in the market.

Floor scale works accurately and easy to install. Price is the lowest comparing with all those fancy brands. Customer service respond almost immediately. Low price, durable quality, and good service worth a five star rating.

We have bought 1 scale with them and recently had some issues acquiring a replacement charger adapter from the manufacturer. Fred Herrmann from the sales department was right there helping us deal with the manufacturer and making sure that we were able to track down the correct charger adapter.
