I originally gave this company a 1-star review due to a interaction I had with the customer service department regarding a product issue. I had one of the VP's reach out to me and he resolved the issue professionally, and promptly. I will not give names or exact resolution because I know how people can be and I do not want this company held hostage by prior resolutions. I will say, it was this VP's customer service that made me change and update this review! This companies future is bright if that VP can rub off on the customer service department!!!

Excellent Customer Service, fast shipping and great service after the sale.

I purchased a scale with labels. Packaging condition and initial operation are no problem. After the purchase, they responded kindly and quickly to my inquiries. I am completely satisfied with the price and service. I will definitely purchase another scale from this manufacturer.

We purchased two sets of portable scales. Our first set worked as expected right out of the box but when we checked the second set, they weren’t pairing right. We read through the instructions that came from the manufacturer, but the instructions didn’t match the user interface. We emailed Prime USA Scales with a description of our problem, and they had an answer back to us in less than an hour. They walked us through all the trouble shooting and even sent us videos to help. Top notch customer service!
