Fred has provided me with all of my scale needs since I started a small distillery more than 10 years ago. Given the size of Prime USA Scales I have always been amazed at the amount of time and attention Fred has given me in solving any technical issues that have come up considering what a small customer I am in the grand scheme of things. Most recently the battery in my scale unit went bad. After explaining the problem they sent me a new one informing me that it was still under warranty. Can't recommend this company highly enough!

I believe my experience is just a one off, however it shouldn’t go unnoticed. I’ve had nothing but issues since the arrival of my pallet jack. When it arrived, the front wheel was through the top of the fork. I had to beat it back in place. It hasn’t driven right since then. The battery itself wouldn’t last more than a day, they sent me a new one which required me to take the whole unit apart all the way to the circuit board to replace it. After getting everything back together, now the printer won’t work. I’ve been working with Fred trying to get things resolved, however he is out of ideas. Now I’m left with a pallet Jack that won’t work. I spent over $1,000 on this unit. It’s frustrating not having a...

We ordered a set of 4 scales and love them. We got one with a bad battery but Fred at Prime USA scales worked through some quick diagnostics with us and they sent us a new battery for the one scale that was no good. Excellent service and great to deal with.
