Prime USA Scales

Excellent customer service from start with Tyler to finish with Zachary and Kirk! The team at Prime USA Scales was professional, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful throughout the entire process. They were responsive, attentive to our needs, and made sure everything was handled smoothly. It’s refreshing to work with a company that truly values its customers and goes above and beyond to provide outstanding service. I highly recommend Prime USA Scales to anyone looking for quality products and exceptional customer service! We can't wait to continue making our purchases with Prime USA Scales.

Very please with the scale bars I ordered for under my cattle squeeze chute. Fairly easy to install, took me 3 hours from start to finish, just myself. Works like it should and very happy with the purchase! Highly recommend!

Good pricing and easy to work with. Responds to emails fast. Great customer service. Will definitely be purchasing from Prime USA Scales again.

Fast shipping and great customer support.

Fabulous product - excellent communication and fast shipping. We needed another floor scale that fit our work stations for prepping LTL shipments. Prime USA Scales had the options to choose from and one that fit great for us. Good product at a good price.

We have been using the Eweigh Floor Scale – US‑EW4848 for about seven months without any issues. The platform is large enough to accommodate standard pallets and totes, and the scale provides accurate readings for data entry based on customer requirements. Prime USA Scale also offers reliable customer service and has been easy to communicate with for questions and support. Highly recommended.

Prime USA Scales was a life saver for our company. I ordered one from another company and the shipping experience was horrible. I searched and found Prime USA and the transaction went smoothly. Contacted support via their chat and it is an actual person not AI. Told them the position I was in, and they immediately had the order processed and shipping information to me with in about 20 minutes. They have great customer service and are very willing to go out of the way to help. I will definitely be back as a customer.
Update 9/8/2026: The scale came in damaged and I contacted them right away. They were going to send a replacement. After a week, I had not heard back and reached out. They immediately apologized not sure how if fell through the cracks. They then 2nd day aired me the replacement. Even the broken scale wound back in my possession, which they sent me the UPS label...

I needed to purchase a pallet floor scale for a distribution company I manage. I requested and received 5 quotes. Prime USA was by far the least expensive, and when it arrived in less than a week after purchasing, I was please to find it was exactly what I needed: great condition, easy to connect, simple to use. Perfect! I would recommend!

I just ordered from this organization and I HIGHLY recommend it! They worked with me and went above and beyond asking. Sales rep was so friendly and I want to give a special shout out to Fred Herrmann. He responded quickly when I had questions and did everything for me and Prince Georges County Government!

Great product, great service. Did what they said they would do and didn't make me work hard to spend my money. They actually listened to my request and my issues and resolved them. Hard to find service like that these days. I recommend them and their products.

Fred and the team from tech support went way way way above and beyond when I ran into issues.
After the support given proved that there is a mechanial glitch they are replacing my scale.

Much needed customer service in an age of less and less.
These guys did the right thing.

Prime USA Scales is FANTASTIC to work with! Super friendly. Helpful tech support folks and super speedy shipping.

Great product and very timely shipping. Will definitely be using them on our next project

Wide selection of scales to select from and their customer services was attentive. I would definitely recommend them if anyone needs weight scales accepted by Los Angeles county.

Amazing

Great price, incredibly fast shipping, and the used scale looks brand new. Thank you!!

The sales team made it painless !!! very professional. Scale looks great.

The tech support I received from Prime USA Scales was excellent. We have a large animal scale whose cord had been chewed up by one of our goats and the technicians at Prime USA Scale not only made sure I received the correct products but where extremely helpful in calibrating the scales after the repair. 5 stars for all involved.

Great products. Ordered two items from them. They came on a pallet. Great communication between company and shipper .. would order from them again.

I recently purchased a scale from this vendor and had a positive experience. The ordering process was straightforward, shipping was prompt, and the scale arrived well-packaged and in excellent condition. I would gladly purchase from this vendor again.

Super fast shipping

Tyler was very helpful.
Just wish I knew I needed a ramp with my scale.
Otherwise very good service!

The scales we ordered are great. Solid construction, helpful salespeople, and they shipped/arrived very quickly! Thank you, Fred Herrman, for working with us in this purchase!

Easy to work with & great customer service. I had a minor issue with 1 of there scale systems and a call later they had me fixed up, parts sent right out and had me back going. It’s nice to be able to get a real person on the phone that knows how to answer a question and get you a result!

Excellent Product and Service

We recently purchased a checkweight scale from PRIME USA and had a great experience. The delivery was prompt and on schedule. Their customer service team was responsive and helpful throughout the process. Most importantly, the scale itself is high quality, accurate, and well-built. Highly recommend PRIME USA for reliable weighing equipment.

Great people to work with. Extremely knowledgable. They know their products well and are able to answer any and all questions put to them.

Had a great experience with Prime USA Scales. They were completely accommodating, professional and friendly. Would highly recommend, especially if you're dealing with NTEP certified devices and violations with AHJs.

Wonderful customer service that has gone above and beyond to make sure we are able to excel with the use of our new scale! If you ever have an issue, ask for Fred!
