We love this scale! Delivery was prompt and the product has been what it was described as. We have had the scale for 2 years and have not had any issues! Scale has sat outside and has held up well! What I like best is the level of customer service unmatched to any other company. Whether you contact them via email or on the phone I received a prompt response and resolution. Our cattle have chewed a cord and a replacement was sent immediately. They provided imagine and instructions that my 14 year old daughter was able to follow! I recommend Prime USA Scales 100 times over!

PRIME USA Scales customer service is next to none! Being family-owned and operated they provide next level service. Recently purchased a set Cattle scales for Operations on our Cattle Farm. They are quick to answer emails and calls for anything related to shipping, calibrating or proper installation. Had a small issue with our display, one (1) phone call and they were able to correct the issue.

Highly recommend them to anyone looking for not only great products but Service.

I had a problem with scales that I purchased from Prime USA Scales a little over two years ago. I contacted Fred regarding the error code reported by the monitor. Fred told me the nature of the error and how test. After a week of me testing and swapping parts between load bars and with Fred’s help, we narrowed the problem down to a load cell. Fred shipped me a new cell which fixed the problem

I haven’t used it yet but looks to be a good set up. But when I opens the package with the monitor in it, it had a damage to the screen from the cables on top of it. It still works but disappointing when you pay that much for something and it’s damaged.

Prompt delivery and they even substituted a higher model at no charge when the model I ordered was out of stock. I use the scale to weigh my German Shepherd and it is accurate (also weighed myself as a text). I would definitely recommend Prime USA Scales!
