I buy all my scales at prime usa scales every 4 to 5 years we get a new scale the customer service is awesome if I have a problem with any of their parts they are calling me to make sure I am taken care of great people to work with.

I was looking for an affordable option on a pallet size scale. I contacted Prime and reached Fred. His customer service was great and he suggested the getting a pallet jack with built in scale as it would save space and money. ive heard bad reviews about these type of scales but I decided to take the risk! At first it was a bit tricky, but Fred put me in contact with the tech and he guided me all the way! This was about a year ago, recently we had some issues and the tech helped guide me to fix the issue quick. Great customer service with good quality product. Will purchase from again

I ordered a floor scale a few months ago. Just recently I caught the cable underneath the scale while moving it and busted a piece of the cable off. Amy helped me and was able to have Fred reach out to me regarding replacing the correct cable I needed. They were very prompt and made sure they sent out the piece I needed and not something I didn't need. Thank you all very much!

I purchased the scale from Prime USA scales for a couple of reasons. They had very good reviews and the price was outstanding. This scale has worked without fail, always weigh's everything we ship with accuracy.

In addition, when we damaged our cable from the scale to the read-out monitor (our fault) they were easy and pleasant to contact. They sent us a new one for free!

Prime has been great to work with from start to finish. I was trying to purchase a refurbished scale they had on eBay and it sold over the weekend at the shop and Fred called me Monday morning and explained what had happened. Then sent me a new scale to make it right. It has taken me almost two years to get the scale in place. Now that it's in I found a summing box had stopped working. I called and Fred sent me a new at no charge(I'm way out of warranty). I can't say enough good thing about my experience.

Purchased a 3 by 3 pallet scale. Works great. I used my son's dumbell set to see how accurrate and it was spot on with hundreds of pounds on it. Indicator charge seems to last a while too. Very happy.
