We have bought 1 scale with them and recently had some issues acquiring a replacement charger adapter from the manufacturer. Fred Herrmann from the sales department was right there helping us deal with the manufacturer and making sure that we were able to track down the correct charger adapter.

We have purchased numerous scales from Fred. We use them to weigh precious metals, so accuracy is very important.

I was looking for an affordable option on a pallet size scale. I contacted Prime and reached Fred. His customer service was great and he suggested the getting a pallet jack with built in scale as it would save space and money. ive heard bad reviews about these type of scales but I decided to take the risk! At first it was a bit tricky, but Fred put me in contact with the tech and he guided me all the way! I ordered a floor scale a few months ago. Just recently I caught the cable underneath the scale while moving it and busted a piece of the cable off. Amy helped me and was able to have Fred reach out to me regarding replacing the correct cable I needed.
