Great prompt courteous service to my air conditioner quick scheduling and completion of work in the middle of a heat wave

PDS plumbing responded very quickly ans was able to come out and help quickly. Good communication. PDS plumbers that came did a great job.

My dads air conditioner was not working today and temperatures were going to reach 110. . We called PDS and they came out within 2 hours..
They were so professional . It turnout to be an easy fix, but they still went on the roof to check everything out.
They were so kind the owner told the employees no charge for the service call.
I will definitely be calling PDS plumbing again.

PDS Plumbing & Air is the best! Our air wouldn’t turn on and they were able to have someone inspect my unit within 2 hours AND ON SUNDAY! With the Fresno heat looking to be in the 110’s this week we needed someone out ASAP. They inspected our AC, FIXED IT, and gave recommendations on how to not burn it out with the upcoming heat! They’ll even keep notes on our address to reference back if they need to come back out in the future. All of this in an hour visit and we didn’t having to wait 4-5 days like other companies were quoting. Great job!!

My AC unit went out last night. Being a weekend night I was unsure I could find a vendor to come out. PDS showed to be a 24/7 company. I called and they told me they would be out this morning. With 100+ degree days coming quick I appreciated the response time given. The service was excellent! Very professional and took the time to do it right. I would recommend PDS to anyone.
