I had a little heating problem, it stopped working, during the coldest few days too. I called PDS on a Saturday, they were there at my home on a Sunday. There was no fees for the estimate, especially for it being a Sunday not like another company that I know. The techs name was John Yotoun. He showed up and got down to business right away. He knew exactly what was wrong and gave me options as to what can be done. Broke down the prices. There was no high pressure tactics, its was like, here are the options the decision is yours. He ordered the part and a couple a days later fixed the problem. Long story short, we have heat again, thanks god. Thanks to John Yotoun and PDS. When it’s time to get a new ac unit I will definitely be calling PDS.

The techs here at PDS are amazing! I had Jose come assess our issue with the water and other issues that we let be on the back burner. He did a great job at letting us know exactly what the issue was and what the solutions are. Antonio came back to verify and talk the big numbers and he was just a knowledgeable and kind. He is really looking out for you and not like these money hungry companies that try to get as much out of you. I’m so glad RotoRooter gave us the run around and we found PDS. An issue we tried getting help from RotoRooter on Monday will now be worked on by tomorrow thanks to PDS. 10/10 would recommend for any needs!

We just had a new heating system put in our house. PDS was wonderful to work with. They were very prompt in returning calls and explaining everything to us. Raul, in particular, was extremely helpful and professional. I couldn't ask for more in high level quality and service. Often, you don't get to meet the owners of a company, but when you have a great technician like Raul, you know the company is doing things right. I highly recommend them for your HVAC needs.

I had great experience with Raul a Tech with PDS. Regardless of the fact it did take longer than expected to repair my heating problem. My Tech walked me through the entire process from the beginning to the end. From my perspective, it showed me I was not put in the back burner, but some issues do require more effort than others, especially when the unit is giving a code to a different malfunction . Throughout multiple attempts, teamwork with other Techs, and Tech support Raul fixed the heating issue and my comfort system operates just like new again!.. Thank you PDS and Raul, for your diligence.

John Y from PDS Plumbing and Airconditioning is amazing. He definitely knows his job. It didn’t take long for him to figure out what the problem could be. Yet he still went to the roof and check the unit. He did a very thorough job. He’s not out to rip you off. He is honest… a quality that’s hard to find these days. I highly recommend this business and I highly recommend John. I am truly satisfied with his service.
