Raul was amazing. Came out to help us right away. Very professional and nice. He was straightforward and honest with us. He gave us options and let us know what would happen based on our choices. I had the pleasure of dealing with Brian for my AC units maintenance and Jose for my water heater maintenance. They both provided a detailed explanation of issues/concerns with my units and options to repair. Brian and Jose were very professional and easy to talk to concerning my AC units and water heaters. Overall a good experience.

Art and his partner were amazing. They called ahead and let me know exactly when they’d be here. They were super friendly and gracious with my very smelly plumbing problem. They loved on my pups, and wore booties when they can in the house. I love that they asked at the end if there was anything else I needed them to look at. They gave me the quote first before the work began, and gave me options of what they could do. Very professional, kind and felt very comfortable having them in my home. When water damage was mentioned, they suggested a business partner that assesses water damage, and they texted him on the spot when I agreed. That way, they explained insurance could potentially cover the damage. I very much appreciated these two gentlemen!!

Brian was very professional , and get his job and an awesome amount of time. His customer service is excellent. He explained everything to me and continued to ask me if I had any other questions. I was very pleased with his work and with him, I will ask for Brian every time that I need your company to come and service my air conditioner…. Phenomenal work. For every plumbing or air conditioning need (I’ve had a few), they are my only call. Thanks to the two different crews that came out to fix my issue. Tre and Carlos E. did the final work today. A special thanks to Carlos H. and Chance that had to come and dig the big hole in the ground the first day. Hard work by those two but all four did a great job.

Jayson and Chance were the technicians installing new faucets and shower & tub fixtures in our home. They did a great job! They worked efficiently, went over all work completed, any concerns they had about existing plumbing, and left each sink/shower/tub immaculate. We’ve used PDS Plumbing & Air for other jobs and have been super pleased with the work and service level of every technician who has come out. We will continue to use this company for all our plumbing and HVAC needs.

As an apartment complex owner, I’ve had a lot of different companies come out to try to navigate my air-conditioning units. None have compared to the quality of service and professionalism as this through Brian. He was efficient, professional, and made a point to only diagnose exactly what needed to be done. I also learned through Brian that this is a veteran-owned company and I will continue to only use them going forward and request Brian.

Richard and Arturo were Very professional and knowledgeable. They took the time to explain to me how Monarch installed the wrong type of water heater and the damage it’s already causing and the further damage that may result. They recommended a 2 different options for new water heater. My and wife and I decided to go with tankless.

Jayson and Chance did an excellent job on installing a new tankless water heater in my garage. They were very professional and detailed through the whole 7 hours of the install. Jayson answered all my questions after everything was installed. Would highly recommend PDS due to their excellent customer service and excellent plumbers.

JJ The job was done, expertly well, truly pleased with the the outcome. The gentleman was very kind and curious understanding and clearly able to understand everything that he said and explained to me I am so thankful.

I actually had 2 issues, I originally called PDS for a loud rattling sound in AC that just started. They came out for a free estimate and was a quick fix and free. Raul convince me the value of the monthly service for my older home which was having other issues and systems needed tune up at a great price compared to other companies. Then he tuned up my AC same time!

Two days days later Cesar came over to fix my shower leak and flush water heater . Leak was quickly fixed. Great service with quick results.
And as a Veteran, I also appreciated the service coin from Caesar!! Thank you PDS!

Manuel and Arturo came out to service my water heater and also looked at my water filter and were very knowledgeable of both. Dint upsale me was a smooth deal n with out them trying i practically sold my self on the membership they offer because i definitely dont want to be dealing with the other companies i worked with before that have tried to up sale me on things that i dint need or still worked!

We had our water heater serviced by Jose Jaramillo of PDS and he did a quality job. Called before arriving on time, explained what he was going to do, checked all lines in house for leaks and hot water before departing. Would highly reccommend!
