I received service today from PDS Plumbing and Air. My service rep, JJ, was awesome! Extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and helped me figure out a performance problem I had with a water system I just had installed from a competitor, (I wish PDS had installed it). I signed up for their membership program, (Very Veteran Friendly), and I am confident I will get through what is probably going to be an extremely hot summer, without any problems. I highly recommend them, and I want to thank JJ and his crew for the great service!

We recently had PDS come out for a yearly AC/heater inspection, and their customer service was truly top-notch. Raul was amazing to work with—he took his time answering all of our questions and performed a very thorough inspection of our units.

We also decided to have them install their newer thermostat system, which has some great features and updated technology. Raul made sure to explain everything clearly, even addressing questions we forgot to ask during his initial visit. He went above and beyond by coming back out to walk us through the system so our family could feel comfortable using the new high-tech thermostats.

I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for an honest business with outstanding customer service. They truly exceeded our expectations.

I called to request an AC tune up and got an appointment scheduled within a few days. John was professional and clearly communicated the issues my AC system was presenting and what could be done to fix it. I highly recommend PDS plumbing!

Another great service call from PDS. John conducted the twice yearly service on HVAC system. Documented the services conducted and areas inspected with assurances that shown information was all within the tight requirements wanted.

Showed and advised me on some suggested preventative work on my blower (heavy dust build-up), which I approved, and due to that work, waived the twice-yearly maintenence fee.

Raul worked fast to fix my AC. Explained my current problem and warned me of future issues I need to address. I will definitely be requesting and recommending him in the future.

I recently had another service done with PDS Air for some system component changes, and Efrian was the technician this time. Efrian was the technician who handled the service, and he did an outstanding job.

He arrived on time, was very professional, and worked carefully through everything that needed to be updated on my system. What stood out most was how clearly he explained the changes he was making and why they were important. It really helped me feel confident that everything was being done correctly and with attention to detail.

Efrian was knowledgeable, respectful, and easy to talk to, which made the whole service experience smooth and stress-free. It’s always refreshing to work with someone who takes pride in their work and treats customers with that level of professionalism.

I had an excellent experience with PDS Plumbing & Air during my recent tune-up service. Raul was the technician who came out, and he was fantastic from start to finish.

He showed up on time, was extremely professional, and took the time to thoroughly inspect everything and explain what he was doing along the way. I really appreciated how knowledgeable and honest he was — he made sure I understood the condition of my system and what to keep an eye on moving forward, without ever trying to upsell anything unnecessary.

It’s rare to find technicians who are both highly skilled and genuinely personable, but Raul definitely checks both boxes. The whole appointment felt smooth, transparent, and professional.
