PDS Plumbing & Air

I use PDS for my HVAC maintenance. I recently had a problem with my heating system. Celso Moreno was the technician who came out and identified the problem and ordered the replacement parts. He came and made the repairs and had to do some troubleshooting and was able to get the system running again. Celso was professional, service-oriented, efficient, neat, and on time. So happy I can always count on the professionals like Celso at PDS!

Both men I met were very nice. Estimate was a little high for the water heater and installation but I hope to be working with you as I need lots of repairs.

Antonio was so helpful and easy to work with. Answered all of my questions and made helpful recommendations. Thank you.

Wasn’t happy with the out come they left and said I was going to have problems still after spending all that money

The PDS Technicians that resolved my heating issue were well trained, very professional and very personable. There was no big push to replace my older unit like another well known company attempted to do earlier in the year(Yes one of the Techs did mention upgrading and total cost of a new unit). The entire process, from diagnosis to repair was thoroughly explained to me, and completed in a timely manner. My hats off to Vincent Gentry, Lorenzo Castillo, Jesse Villasenor and Brett Griffith. PDS will be my “Go To” in the future with any related issue that pops up
