I wanted to share my experience with pds and commend my technician Raul Garcia he was on time professional courteous and highly knowledgeable. I recommend him for your hvac services 5 stars all the way around.

Another great service call from PDS. John conducted the twice yearly service on HVAC system. Documented the services conducted and areas inspected with assurances that shown information was all within the tight requirements wanted.

Showed and advised me on some suggested preventative work on my blower (heavy dust build-up), which I approved, and due to that work, waived the twice-yearly maintenence fee.

This group is always on time, professional and honest. I appreciate that. You will too.

He showed up on time, was extremely professional, and took the time to thoroughly inspect everything and explain what he was doing along the way. I really appreciated how knowledgeable and honest he was — he made sure I understood the condition of my system and what to keep an eye on moving forward, without ever trying to upsell anything unnecessary.
