The service technician was kind and clean unlike some plumbers. The only area I wish PDS Plumbing would work on is their pricing. $125 is extremely steep to put on an on and off valve that I provided.

The 2 guys who did our servicing were super nice, Nhia Yang and Carlos were their names I think both were professional nice guys earned the 5 star👍

Knowledgeable and courteous. Resolved 3 of the 4 issues. The last one was due to an older design so we opted to put everything back and that cost was removed from the bill. Thank you for this and for accommodating our updated request to handle all 4 bathroom items instead of just one.

Service technician was very helpful, took his time reviewing all options and took allot of pictures to ensure he had all information needed for quote . He did not try to rush anything and made sure to update me along the way .

My plumber was amazing. I had sewage backing into both shower and toilet wouldn’t flush. I called American Home Shield. They sent a plumber over. He tried and failed. He quoted me $5500 to repair it. I declined. I called PDS and got a same day appointment. Plumber courteous and early. He said let’s see what we have. Ran a giant snake down my drain and fixed the problem. PDS is amazing. Thanks so much. All my plumbing needs will be with PDS.

They get you on schedule quick. Stephen Martinez, the technician arrives on time, knows what he is doing. We have great experience. We would recommend PDS to our friends and families.
