Called for a water heater problem, staff was very responsive and quick to address my issue. Tech arrived and was very friendly and explained issues in detail and causes will definitely be using PDS in the future with their exceptional customer service.

PDS has taken care of my plumbing this morning. They came to service my leak first thing in the morning. The technician arrived with a smile and was very prrofecional.

Called at 6PM to see if they can fix a leak with my yard faucet, and they were able to send someone out within the hour (I think it was just 30 mins!) The technician (Juan) was great. He needed to go back to the office/warehouse for a part, but by the time it was 7:30PM, the leak was all fixed! Amazingly fast turnaround. Saved me a lot of headache and anxiety!

Jayson and Chance are like surgeons. incredible, meticulous work! had a water main shut off valve issue, called on Wednesday, fixed by Thursday morning. Will not hesitate to call PDS again.

This guy came out to my house right off Highway 168 at midnight to fix a bad leak in my kitchen, he even gave me a recommendation to a vendor who can fix the water damage from the leak. He can fix it all, or knows who to call next! 11/10 service! So friendly and nice!

Raul, PDS Supervisor Tech, came to our home to unclog our A/C primary drain line. He was Customer Oriented and wanted to take care of our A/C problem.
His actions spoke volumes, he stated the problem, and explained how he planned to correct the problem! Bottom line, Raul had to use 3-various options to finally unclog the waterline. Knowing I come from this background Raul was more than accommodating. He took his time to answer all my electrical questions and educate me during his visit. I had the pleasure of dealing with Brian for my AC units maintenance and Jose for my water heater maintenance. They both provided a detailed explanation of issues/concerns with my units and options to repair. Brian and Jose were very professional and easy to talk to concerning my AC units and water heaters.
