Northwest Frame Repair did a great job installing adjustable nose pads on a clear acetate frame. It almost looks like it was part of the original design of the frames! I was pretty bummed when I got my new eyeglasses and found that they were extremely uncomfortable on my nose (and also kept sliding down). Northwest solved this problem and made the glasses wearable!

I'm am pleased with Northwest Frame Repair. My glasses broke immediately after I replaced a new progressive lenses Rx and you know how expensive that can be. My experience was excellent. Services offered and needed were explained in a concise manner. When I spoke over the phone (I believe Madison) was courteous and answered all my questions. I received my glasses and they were repaired exactly as I wanted.

You can’t get a service like this anywhere else. Northwest will take your old frames and make them look better than when you first bought them along with an endless amount of customization options. I’ll definitely be sending some more of my frames to them and only them for work!

Amazing craftsmanship the best repair I could have ever hoped for

10/10 recommend. I have quotes for my other sunglasses and they did an amazing job on my Gucci aviators. I was skeptical bc I had never heard of them before nor had I sent out sunglasses to be repaired, but I had nothing to lose and I am 100% happy with the results it’s like nothing ever happened to them!

Hi highly recommend this company for any eyeglass repair you have. My glasses broke on the nose bridge and my local eye doctor couldn't fix them, so they gave me all the contact info for them. They were very responsive and answered all of my questions.

Fantastic work restoring my 30+ year old B&L Ray Ban Wayfarers. Temple arm repair is solid and the scuffs / scratches buffed out of the tortoise frame beautifully. The glasses have traveled the globe with me and will continue to do so hopefully for another 30 years. Thank you!
