After salvaging my 30 year old Flexible Titanium glasses last year - I sent them back this year for repair of the frame screws and to refinish my frames-
Just like the first time they sent me a very fair estimate, keep me updated and sent me back what appears to be a brand new pair of Maui Jim Sunglasses

I bought an expensive and very unique pair of sunglasses in Italy and the frame broke because I made the mistake of not keeping them in the case. Obviously, I could not send them back to Italy and I could not find any place in NYC that would try to fix them. Then I found Northwest Frame Repair online. I sent them the glasses and they said they could fix them. I just got them back last week and they look brand new. I would highly recommend this company if you need frames repair. They made the whole process so simple and I am very happy with the results.

I had my frames Gold plated again in 18k and they look very nice. I will be doing them again when they need it done again.

Great 1st time experience using Northwest Frame Repair. My glasses were fixed very quickly, and very affordable; the turnaround time from shipping and receiving my glasses was only a few days. I am very satisfied with them and would highly recommend them.

If you have the older model of the Aviator and do not want to buy the newer version then these are the people you want on your side. I was not sure how I was going to get them fixed but Northwest frame repair was able to make the fix very quickly and at much less cost than a brand new pair of prescription sunglasses. I will highly recommend to anyone who had a need for eyeglass repair.

Had some designer frames with prescription sunglasses lenses and the temple finish had started to degrade. These guys did a bang up job for $100. Would have been throwing away something worth 400-500$$$ great job!

Broke the hinge on my glasses. Went to several chain and specialty stores for frame repair. Was told they were unrepairable and I needed to buy new Frames. NW quickly assessed my glasses and repaired the frames by welding a new hinge and saving me $$$. The whole process was very easy, repair cost was very reasonable, and the communication was excellent. Won’t bother with anyone else in the future.

I can't thank Northwest Frame Repair enough! I had purchased a pair of vintage glasses. Another office damaged them and were unwilling to repair them. I discovered NFR and contacted them. They were easy to work with and best of all I have my cool glasses back!
