We have 44 year-old Marvin wood windows in our home. The 19 windows are still beautiful. We put storm windows on a few years back, and unfortunately there was a lot of condensation between the primary and storm - especially on our upper story. We were ready to replace them, with a quote of $36,000 from a local contractor. Before this, we called Nex Gen in Fort Collins as we thought a Marvin replacement might be a great solution. The staff was superb - so caring and friendly! In September Ted drove 105 miles (one ways) to Sterling for a consultation. He said our windows were in excellent shape, and he felt three holes drilled in the bottom of the storm windows would provide air flow - and prevent this condensation. Neil came out to give me an estimate, explained everything thoroughly, and gave a great presentation. He followed up and was always quick to get back to me. The installation team, Steve and Arthur, were wonderful. They were so nice and professional, and the installation was completed in less time than predicted. Neil came by during my installation to check on things, and I felt really taken care of by this team. They even helped me with a small project on another window that wasn’t being replaced. "Clark", my sales person, outclassed them all- he was excellent at identifying options, pros and cons. "Otis" and his crew did the install- obviously taking pride in their window work." We had three different companies come to our house and we did research in to each of their products. We definitely feel we made the right decision for our family. Our overall experience with Nex Gen has been great. Casey and his installation team were helpful in explaining the windows and doors, the process, and were very respectful. Mike De Young did an excellent job with listening to our concerns and making sure everything was in order. The person that installed our front door was prompt and did a fabulous job. This is my second NexGen post regarding the purchase and installation of new windows. I bought a new home in Loveland this Spring and the windows were way past their useful life. I loved the NexGen windows I had installed in my Fort Collins townhome, so I decided to go with NexGen for my Loveland house. Steve, Arthur and Dustin installed my 7 new windows in one day, and those 3 men worked their tails off. My old windows were difficult to get out, but they did a fantastic job. The new windows look so good! I am also noticing that my house is much quieter and that my furnace doesn't run as much on these cold November days. NexGen also stands by their products and I know if I have any problems (or even a question), I can simply give them a call.

Neil and Dustin did a great job with a new door installation. Both were very professional and on time for the scheduled appointment.

I had a wonderful experience with Nex-Gen. From my initial phone call to the installation of windows. The salesperson came to my house to go over the selection. I decided to go with Nex-Gen during that visit. The installers arrived on time, doing an excellent job removing old windows, replacing with new windows and then cleaning up. Steve and Art, installers, were professional and did a beautiful job. Don, project manager, stopped in afterwards to check things out. I will definitely use Nex-Gen when I replace my other windows.

First to get a 5 star rating would be Clark. What a great salesman! Helps that he is a friend as well. He knows his business. Next, Steve & Arthur the install crew. Efficient, pleasant, outstanding work. Couldn't say a bad word about our experience at all. Love our new windows. Hopefully I won't feel the cold breeze in my office in the winter months. The installation crew was on time and completed the installation incredibly quickly and the workmanship is top notch! Everyone on the installation crew was very good. Kasey, Shane and Matt are absolute superstars!

I'm the maintenance manager at Cycle Apartments and used them for a large project at my property. Neil always answered all my questions and was on top of the project from start to finish. Mike also made sure everything was taken care of for us as well. Great team and company to work with.

We hired Nex-Gen for new windows in the front of our house. Not only were they very patient with us, but they also were not pushy in the slightest. Neil was our point of contact, and I am very grateful for all he did; we had him jump through many hoops to ensure we got what we wanted, and he did it all with a smile. Steve and Arthur performed the installation. They did a phenomenal job and were highly courteous and mindful of our home. Don followed up with his crew after installation to ensure everything looked good and we were happy. I can say this; I only wish more contractors held themselves to as high of a standard as Nex-Gen does. I highly recommend them to anyone and everyone; I am a customer for life.

Nex-Gen designed & installed a bay window to replace an ugly dining room window. The bay window with plants makes the dining room look like a sunroom!! Neil and Mike made the installation service a great experience!!

It started with the salesman, Neil, he is a kind, genuine, and honest man. He only states was is true and makes the process easy, understandable, and was on site during installation as well. We did a walk through and looked at each window, inside and outside to make sure I was happy with the outcome. He spot cleaned a window to make sure that when he walked away, I did not have to do anything. Kacey and Mike were the installers. I could not have asked for better guys to work with. Their work was impeccable, they paid attention to every detail. Mike even helped with making sure everything was out the way and off the walls so nothing would get ruined. Kacey, the lead installer, was very professional, but took the time to love up on the dog, and engage with my grandson(he was forever in the way). A couple of the screens were damaged in shipping and Neil insisted that some money was held...

We had a bay window replaced and it was not an easy project but the installers did a fantastic job. Kacey was a perfectionist on every detail and he explained everything -in layman's terms- on what we might need to know or do. He even found a problem with our home that we needed to address ASAP to keep water damage out. The window looks amazing and we are so glad we picked Nex-Gen and will use them for more window replacement in the future.

We love everything about our new windows. Ted came to our home and gave us ideas on what style windows would work best. They are perfect! We love the stationary center glass with the vertical side sliding windows. Highly recommend Next-Gen and we are now looking at replacing our front door with them.

Nex-Gen was a fabulous partner in the daunting task of replacing all of the windows in my home. There was no question that Neil Horn couldn’t answer with great detail and enthusiasm. I felt that my priorities (cost and quality) were highly valued and they stayed true to them to the end of the project. The installation was on time and the crew was hard working and approachable. Neil even came back a few days later to seal some of the cracks in the pre-existing exterior area around the new frames. The windows are a great quality! There has been construction on my street this week. In the past, I would have needed to rescheduled meetings because of the noise. With the new windows, I barely notice the work going on, there are no bugs or dust getting in, AND they look great.

Great experience working with Neil Horn. He listened to the issues I was having with my current windows and provided a suggestion that would address those concerns. Gave me a great deal on higher quality windows than the other quotes I received. Checked in after installation to make sure I was satisfied. Will be using Nex-Gen and Neil again!
