Had an excellent experience purchasing a door through Nex-Gen. Very knowledgeable, kind Sales professional and excellent installers. Product has been meeting our expectations. Therefore…we called them back for some window replacements. Couldn’t be happier. Great team!

We have loved our windows and patio door from Nex-Gen We have especially enjoyed working with Ted Rajewski. Ted has sold us two sets of windows and a door to our deck. Ted even arranged a special accommodation for our door. The windows and doors that they have provided helped tremendously with temperature and noise control. In our previous home we bought from Renewal by Anderson and were very unhappy with the service and product. I totally recommend Nex-Gen an when you call be sure to ask for Ted Rajewski.

Nex-Gen does an excellent job, from sales to installation. Marvin windows are state of the art, in my estimation. Mitchel in sales made us a great offer, the best of four separate estimates. We had 16 windows replaced in our house. The installation team, Eduardo and Luis and the rest, were fast and efficient, professional and courteous. They took great care of our house during the install process and totally cleaned up after themselves. They covered everything up with plastic beforehand; even our surround sound speakers in the family room. Neil Horn managed the project installation, and was there during and after the install to make sure we were completely satisfied. Wow ... I cannot say enough good things about this company and our new Marvin windows.

The entire process with Nex Gen was a dream! They replaced 18 windows and two large exterior doors. Their work was flawless. Ted listened carefully to exactly what we needed and had a quote, on budget, within 90 minutes. Josh, Neil, Eduardo, and Noah were amazing through the measurement and install process. They additionally replaced some failed siding, which turned out great. They are a skilled, communicative, and reliable team who will take good care of you!

NEX-GEN What a great company to work with. It was very easy to give a 5 star rating. Nick was our main installer and did a fantastic job. Neil then came to review the installation and did the final walk through with us. Neil also reviewed our contract to make sure we didn't have any questions. We replaced our sliding glass patio door with a full view French door. Teri met with us at our home to discuss our options. She was very knowledgeable and thorough. The door came in within the estimated time and they quickly scheduled our install. Mitch, the installer, was great! He did a wonderful job and the door looks fantastic.
