Generally the people we have dealt with at Nex-Gen have been professional and nice. There was a bit of confusion with how companies should work with Costco and we were caught in the middle. However, once the ball got rolling things seem to be fine so far. Jacob came to finalize the window measurements and was great. We still have to see how the install timing and process goes.
