My husband and I have been delighted with the entire process of having our windows replaced by the team at Nex-Gen Windows and Doors. Had Nex-Gen replace one window back in 2017; they did a good job. Window still looks like new & is better quality than the other windows in the house. We were entirely happy. We need another window replaced, so I contacted them. A scheduler called & emailed me quickly, and we set up an appointment with Ted. He came out again the same week (he remembered the house etc.). I'm anticipating another pleasant experience. Prices have gone up and it will take longer, but what doesn't post-COVID?

Neil and Dustin installed a high quality, beautiful front door quickly and professionally. They removed the old door and left the premises clean.

Working with the Nex-Gen team has been a great experience! We worked with Neil to pick our replacement windows. He was thorough and very professional. The in-house team came out for field measurements to make sure the windows would fit perfectly. When installation day came Steve and Arthur were amazing! They left our home just like they found it but with much better windows! To our surprise Neil was also our project manager which he went over and above by doing the touch up himself. Steve and Art (installers), Don and Mitchell (Project Managers) were very professional, tidy and did a fantastic job. They came prepared, explained what they were going to do, and got to work quickly.

Nexgen not only gave us the best deal in new windows, but their service is impeccable! We needed a few adjustments made after installing and they were here same day to fix the problem. Everyone we worked with has been professional and timely! Highly recommend if you’re looking for replacement windows and doors.

Mike DeYoung came all the way to Walden to replace some faulty windows. He did so in a snow storm and executed the replacement in very little time while leaving no trace that he was in the house. I appreciate is professionalism and communication.

Steve, Arthur and Don came and replaced 3 windows and a sliding door in my house this morning. They were on time and quick with the work. We replaced our lower level windows and Nex-Gen was excellent! They were professional and helpful all the way through the process. Neil and Jesse did a great job making sure everything met our expectations. The installation was even finished ahead of schedule. When we are ready to replace the rest of our windows, we will use Nex-Gen.

Nex-Gen was awesome. They were the best value, the most local, and the timeliest. Manufacturing was a month early, communication was top-notch, and the install was wicked fast. Everybody we talked to during the process was kind, intelligent, efficient, and a total joy to work with. I have no doubt that we will use their services again in the future IF we need it. We love our new windows and you will too.

We had NexGen Windows and doors replace an old window for us in September. It was replaced with care. Neil, Don and Chris did an outstanding job. I was most pleased with the finish staining of the new window to match our current kitchen done by Chris.

We just had the windows on our main floor of our home along with a sliding glass door replaced by Nex-Gen. We knew that Marvin is considered an excellent company for doors and windows. We can’t say enough about the excellent service from the NexGen team. Chris came and stained the casing around the ProVia front door, and it matches perfectly. He also stained our new Infinity kitchen door, and did a beautiful job. Our doors are gorgeous! Thank you Chris! Neil always makes sure that we are happy with our windows and doors. We have 44 year-old Marvin wood windows in our home. The 19 windows are still beautiful. We put storm windows on a few years back, and unfortunately there was a lot of condensation between the primary and storm - especially on our upper story. We were ready to replace them, with a quote of $36,000 from a local contractor. Before this, we called Nex Gen in Fort Collins as we thought a Marvin replacement might be a great solution. The staff was superb - so caring and friendly! In September Ted drove 105 miles (one ways) to Sterling for a consultation. He said our windows were in excellent shape, and he felt three holes drilled in the bottom of the storm windows would provide air flow - and prevent this condensation. My husband did this recently, and the window condensation problem was solved. We couldn’t believe a simple fix like this could solve the issue. Ted didn’t try to...
