My husband and I have been delighted with the entire process of having our windows replaced by the team at Nex-Gen Windows and Doors. From our initial consultation with Ted, the company owner, to the product viewing at the fine showroom, all the way to the final installation of the windows, coordinated perfectly to the last detail by our outstanding project manager, Neil, everyone on the team was so easy to work with. Nex-Gen’s installers, Dustin and Arthur were amazing. They arrived promptly, were courteous, friendly and efficient, finishing the work in less time than anticipated and leaving everything even better than they found it. We have 44 year-old Marvin wood windows in our home. The 19 windows are still beautiful. We put storm windows on a few years back, and unfortunately there was a lot of condensation between the primary and storm - especially on our upper story. We were ready to replace them, with a quote of $36,000 from a local contractor. Before this, we called Nex Gen in Fort Collins as we thought a Marvin replacement might be a great solution. The staff was superb - so caring and friendly! In September Ted drove 105 miles (one ways) to Sterling for a consultation. He said our windows were in excellent shape, and he felt three holes drilled in the bottom of the storm windows would provide air flow - and prevent this condensation.
