In early 2015 we had Nex-Gen Exteriors replace our sliding door and panels to our deck with the Infinity system. When Brent and the team at Nex-Gen came to our old cottage-style home it looked dilapidated. It now looks FANTASTIC! The new windows are efficient and expertly installed, the new siding is a huge improvement over the peeling paint, and the architectural details of the older house were preserved and even improved. I couldn't be happier with Nex-Gen. After a big hail storm, we needed to get a bunch of vinyl windows replaced. We tried some of the big competitors but had to deal with salespeople who were pushy (or never even followed up!!), didn't know their products, and had outrageous prices.

Ted, from Nex-Gen, was referred to us by a close friend. He took time to run through their product range and also to work with our insurance company. We ended up getting Infinity by Marvin to replace our house-grade vinyl windows and we couldn't be happier. The pricing was less than the vinyl windows offered by others!

Nex-Gen helped us out with our patio door a year ago. We were trying to finish our flooring when we realized we had a leak with our old door. Their rep, Ted, was wonderful and was able to help us pick out the door that would work best for our home and was able to help us out with our time sensitive project. The installers were very professional, courteous and efficient. We had one small issue with the lock on the door but when we contacted the company they sent someone out that same day to fix it and we have not had an issue since. We just met with Ted again today and they will be replacing all of our windows. We have met with several other companies and they have been either too pushy, expensive or carried poor quality product. We replaced five windows with Infinity from Marvin using Nex-Gen and could not be happier with the windows and the service. The company (Nex-Gen) seems to be very well run and everyone we dealt with (from the salesperson Ted to the owner Brent) was very responsive and professional every step of the way. We recently had Nex-Gen replace our deck door with a Marvin sliding French door and our master bedroom window with an Infinity window by Marvin. When I first walked into the Nex-Gen showroom to explain what we needed and see what they had, I also indicated that we were in a bind because we had already contracted to have siding put on, but then discovered that our deck door and master bedroom window were partially rotted. This meant having to get a new door and window ordered and installed fast before the siding contractors started.
Ted Rajewski offered to go to our home that very afternoon to take the necessary measurements, and once he saw where we needed the replacement door and window, he advised me as to which product we should use in each spot. We had our windows installed over two years ago and couldn't be happier with them. During installation, there was damage to some of our walls and the company happily fixed the damage and listened to any concern we had. About a month after installation, we noticed a crack in one of the windows and they came right over and replaced the pane. I would highly recommend this company to install windows. Read more >

We needed to replace our 25 year old windows. We got quotes from several replacement window companies. Infinity by Marvin with Next Gen's installation was by far the best value. What a difference!! Our wood windows were 23 years old, cold, noisy, and very hard to open. We researched several different products and companies, but the Infinity windows from Marvin seemed like the best replacement window product on the market. The low maintenance and durability of the fiberglass windows really impressed us. After having them installed, we're amazed at how much warmer and quieter the rooms are where the windows were installed.

We visited the Nex-Gen Exteriors booth at the Northern Colorado Home Show in Spring 2015 and the representative was very helpful and knowledgeable about the windows. We looked at a lot of different windows, but didn't decide on Infinity until Fall 2015. The representative stayed in touch with us throughout the Summer, but we never felt any high pressure sales tactic like some of the other companies.

Excellent product! Had 5 windows replace 2 years ago, hail damage. Had another 3 windows replace 2 months ago and are saving our pennies to have the remaining 3 windows replaced this spring. We did have some communication problems dealing with Nex-Gen for our first order. We understood with the volume of hail damage replacements the schedule for ordering and installing really was troublesome. After getting this resolved, and Nex-Gen making things right, we again were very satisfied with the project. For our second order we worked with Jason. Jason has the expertise of actually working in the manufacturing plant before being in sales. Jason was involved in the installation and of course the final inspection. I replaced all of my original basement windows (5) with Infinity windows from Nex-Gen. These windows have been a huge improvement and have eliminated the dust, dirt, water, and bugs that used to find their way through the old windows. The windows glide open and shut effortlessly and were installed all in one day. The installers were professional, courteous, and made the installation look better than the old installed windows. I have had these windows now for more than one year and have gone through winter cold and spring rain with NO issues. My wife and I are very pleased with our purchase.

From the initial contact at the Greeley Home Show, to the actual sale meeting, to the measuring session, through installation and final staining and sealing, our experience with Nex-Gen was exemplary. Friendly people, quite knowledgeable, and highly enthusiastic about their products, the fellas made buying our bay window easy and fun, too.

We are impressed with the quality of workmanship of the window itself, and with the professionalism and talent of our installer, Brent. He was efficient, and precise, getting the entire complicated procedure completed in one session of less than 8 hours. He was very careful with tools, very cognizant of the fact that he was in our home with us, and he cleaned up his work impeccably.

We had 10 windows installed in the 2014 summer. After checking several different brands and getting price quotes we settled on Marvin Infinity by Nex-Gen. This was not an easy decision initially but we felt these windows were a bit better (especially after one of the competitors (Pella) told me he had toured the Marvin factory and wow were those nice windows) and we felt confident the installation would be better as we had a bay window that had settled due to incorrect builder installation and thus hadn't opened the windows in years. After 3+ years of pondering over replacing the 6 basement windows and dealing with spiders in the windows sills, we made the decision to go with Infinity windows. The installers were challenged with the concrete walls and the non-standard framing done on the existing aluminum windows which initially had me concerned in how they could make the windows fit properly, They did an AMAZING job in ensuring the windows were sealed well and their attention to details of final touches eliminated all my concerns with imperfections that the original windows presented . We had been very satisfied with our Marvin windows and had explored many options when it came time to replace them, not finding any that were satisfactory in our opinion. When we came upon the Infinity booth at the Greeley Home and Garden Show we knew we had found the right replalcements for us. The look of wood and the way they worked was very impressive, and the fact that they could be stained to match the other woodwork in our house was exciting, as any vinyl options had only a white and tan choice and our woodwork is dark. This is review # 2 for the team at Nex-Gen Exteriors and Infinity fiberglass windows. The earlier review is below, which was for a sliding glass door. This review is for several new windows that are part of planned upgrades for 2015-2016.

Just like last time, the purchase & installation process was smooth. The installer (Steve) arrived on time each day in a nicely outfitted work rig that had all the tools on hand to ensure a professional installation. He kept the worksite clean and tidy and paid attention to the details, particularly the trim. We switched up the trim style as we got into the project and the schedule was adjusted on their end with nothing more than a couple of phone calls. Steve was helpful enough to suggest some design alternatives and ultimately we got the trim looking just like we envisioned.

We recently had our windows replaced at our cabin in the mountains. Nex-Gen did a great job. They removed our window coverings and old windows, installed the new windows, re-installed the window coverings, and cleaned everything up like new again. -Nex Gen: what more could you ask for…they showed up when they said they would show up for the initial estimate. The product came in at the approximate time they said it would come in when the deposit was taken. They showed up at the arranged time for the install and installed the big window (6x7) in a little more than half a day. They stained the trim to match…then re-hung the blinds and it was done for that day. They came back for about an hour's worth of touchup the next day and that finished the project. There was no trace that they had been there except for the faint smell of wood stain…and that great looking window.
