Nex-Gen was great to work with! We replaced 25 windows and a door in our home and were very nervous about the process. Danielle and Ted were very informative and professional, and really put us at ease. We chose to go with the Marvin Infinity windows and immediately noticed a huge difference in the amount of heat and glare coming in. And they look beautiful! Rick and his installation crew did a fabulous job. They worked quickly, were courteous, cleaned up after themselves, and explained how to best operate and clean our new windows and door. We couldn’t be happier and would definitely recommend Nex-Gen if you’re in the market for replacement windows.

We searched a number of recommended businesses/firms to install 41 replacement windows/doors in our home in Loveland, CO. We found Nex-Gen Exteriors, a local business who sells the Marvin Infinity and Integrity line of windows.
The Customer Service from Nex-Gen is nothing short of outstanding. Replacing 41 windows and doors is a mega window project, and the product is outstanding in terms of isolation from the heat and bitter cold, high wind gusts, and the occasional bird strike on a window. The pultruded fiberglass frame material these windows and sliding doors are made of means no leaks due to expansion/contraction, since the frame material has the same expansion characteristics of the glass.

Purchased five Infinity by Marvin windows for the second level of our home. The quality is far superior to other big name brands (ones we are replacing), and at a surprisingly competitive price. These puppies are designed to last 20 yrs in Colorado's extreme weather, highly energy efficient, noise reducing, and aesthetically pleasing. Installation was top-notch by skilled experts. In addition to fine products, Nex-Gen offers stellar customer service. After an order glitch, staff have gone the extra mile to ensure this job was done right and to our satisfaction. We had NexGen install five Infinity by Marvin windows. We were very happy with the performance of the windows and the great care taken during the installation. This year we are having another four Infinity by Marvin windows installed by NexGen and we’re looking forward to the improved insulation that we know the windows will provide!

We recently had all the windows (20) in our home replaced by Nex-Gen. We have been very pleased with the whole process; and the windows are fantastic. The Marvin Ultrex windows are incredibly better than our old vinyl ones. We can already feel their energy efficiency in this summer heat! What a refreshing experience I've had so far with Nex-Gen.
They were the third company I got a price from, but they were the only ones that didn't threaten me, push me into anything or make me feel guilty for not signing a contract right on the spot.
They gave me honest advise, were incredibly knowledgeable and left it up to me to make the decision.

Ted at NexGen was enormously helpful in identifying beautiful glass and high quality windows and doors for our glassed in porch. An all season usable space with light for every time of year. Rick and his crew were highly skilled and prompt in accomplishing a top quality installation. All the NexGen team were a delight to work with. Great communication and prompt response. Production manager Hunter could not have been easier to talk with and nicer in his response. We would recommend them for any creative work that is meant to last.

We spent a lot of time researching different brands of replacement windows and Marvin Infinity was by far the best and we are very happy with our new windows! Nex-Gen did a great job of keeping us informed during the order/build process; the installers were meticulous and were extremely knowledgeable and friendly. They cleaned up the "mess" (created by the stucco exterior we have) both inside and out and even cleaned the windows for us. I would definitely recommend Nex-Gen and Marvin Windows!!!

Ted was wonderful to work with and the install team was excellent. Very professional and friendly guys. We have looked at the Infinity from Marvin windows three years ago at the Boulder County Home and Garden Show. We met Ted with Nex-Gen Home Exteriors there and were very impressed by him and his product. We had him come out to take a look at our windows and found that Infinity from Marvin windows would be a great fit for our home. We recently had a lot of hail damage and now we are in need of replacing our windows. We called and made an appointment. Ted with Nex-Gen came on time and was very honest and thorough. He is easy to work with as well.

Our old windows were all different kinds with all different installations. The guys came and worked with it, making the new windows fit well and helping by adding some strips of wood where needed. Also we couldn't get the blinds down because they were screwed in with a hex screw that was stripped out. The guys got them down and we now have them back up with a phillips screw. The professionals at Nex Gen are great to work with! (Ted, Rick, Joe, Alex, Hunter, & Dell). We had our kitchen windows replaced with Infinity by Marvin & love them. They look great (stained to match our wood frames), and work great too. The latches were a bit stiff to start with, but the technician came out & fixed that for us promptly. We're getting our sunroom windows done next.

n May of 2018 we had Nex-Gen Exteriors install 22 windows in our Mountain log home in Glacier View Meadows in Colorado using the Infinity by Marvin windows and we couldn't be happier with the product, installation and the company spirit. The fit and finish of their product is amazing which was more difficult because of our log home design. This was a large job so we took several quotes from competitors but found their product the best for our needs and at a price that was quite reasonable. We just had all of the windows and glass doors in our home replaced by Nex-Gen Exteriors. The entire process from selecting the Marvin Infinity replacements in the showroom, measuring each area for a precise fit, and installing the new windows and doors went wonderfully. Everyone at Nex-Gen was available for questions and promptly answered them. The installation team was very knowledgeable and nice to work with and they did a great job despite the challenging terrain around our home. We highly recommend both Marvin Infinity and the Nex-Gen team.

We just had a large sliding door installed at our home. We were concerned about possible damage to the hardwood floors and the stucco exterior. Everything went smoothly. The installers were very careful to protect the floor and a couch that was nearby. They spent all day taking out the old door and putting in the new door. It was apparent that they took great care in the whole process. As the new door was thicker than the old door, they modified the hardwood floor and the surrounding wall. You would never know as everything was professionally finished. They cleaned up all of the mess and even washed the new door window. They spent time explaining how this new door would keep rain from coming in (unlike our old door that leaked badly).
